We went once. We will NOT EVER go back! We waited at the speaker 12 minutes to order, after being in line for almost 15. After... 20 minutes we made it to the window, only to be told to pull around and wait. 50 minutes after our arrival, we finally got our 4pancake wrap and goes. It was just a horrible experience and it was 11 am on a Sunday morning. Please don't waste your time. Goto the other local donut shops instead. Read more
SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT THE $2 ANY SIZE ICED COFFEE REWARD. and if i could add the sweeteners without it messing up the deal,... she said yes, added my flavors, pulled up to the window and she said it?ll be $6!!?!? how is it $6 if i wanted the reward, shesaid well because you ordered a large. I've now had multiple terrible experiences. It's clean, the quality of what's there is great, but THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE... WORKING THERE. 2 orders of donuts were missing this last time. Terrible customer service! 3 cars in line ahead of me so I thought it would not take too long for me to get my food. Between... the wait while placing the order at the screen/speaker until the time I decided to leave (with no food) right by the deliveryfood window, they made me wait for 25 mins, their pos/systems froze so they could process the payment, so they had me waitinguntil I told them I really needed to leave, i even offered pay in cash. They said you can leave but we cannot give you yourdonuts!!! 4 donuts by the way lol, sounds like a joke but it was not :( wish I could give them negative stars cause while Iwas waiting I even had time to download the app, open an account and check some of the deals. The coffee and tater tots are horrible. And their customer service is lacking too. We didn't see the taters tots until after we... ordered. Went to the window to pay, asked about them and if they could add them to our order, and was told we would have todrive all the way around and get behind everyone who was already behind us. Was told their system wouldn't allow additions toour order. If that's the case, you need a different system. Every drive thru place has always been able to add to an orderbefore you pay. Changed my rating from 2 star to 1 star. 2nd time here and the first time they tried to give me a black coffee when I paid $1... extra for Oat milk & added flavor. The girl was nice & remade it but still wasn't what I expected or even similar to what I getat the other Dunkin locations in Tulsa & BA. This morning I ordered an iced coffee with oatmilk and caramel and it seems likethey literally gave me a cup of oatmilk with caramel. These employees need to be retrained! It seems like they can't even make asimple order or know what proportions to use. Read more
STILL NO REFUND OR RESPONSE TO 4 EMAILS SENT IN 2 WEEKS!!!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! Was so excited for Dunkin to be by my... work... not anymore. Started off great, order through app, order ready and given with a smile when I got there. Started notbeing so good a few weeks ago and now this is twice this week I order 15 minutes ahead just to get there and the order not readyat all. Isn't that one of the main points of ordering from an app?! So you can order ahead and not have to wait for all thepeople that ordered after you?!!! The response Tuesday was "well we had to take care of all the customers that came to the drivethru first" Today it was "we haven't even started your order with an obnoxious boy in the background yelling have a good daysarcastically."
