We weren't sure about this place at first but we were quickly won over with quick smiles and mouth watering smells. Bring your... wallet this is definitely a $8 burger if not more. They have their own cola house cola on tap. Taste excellent with a confidentbite. They give you a large helping of fries and the portions are dense but not too big for a grown man. I will stress againthat you bring your wallet because it's not that cheap but with quality ingredients and heaps of portions what else could youask for? Read more
My Oldest Son n I had a taste for a "greasy" burger, so we went to 'Fat Guy's Burger Bar'. I tried the 'Peanut Butter Bacon'... burger with Sweet Potato Waffle fries & Maple Aioli. I LOVED the fries, along w/the sauce....Delicious!???? However, I'll jststick w/the Bacon Burger w/Out ANY Peanut Butter bcuz it jst was NOT for Me!??????????? My Son Loved his 'Sausage Burger'. WeBOTH Enjoyed the 'Banana Pudding' shakes. It was heavy on the milk and Not very thick. Matt (Cashier) offered to make adifferent one, but I declined bcuz it Still tasted Good!???? Really good burger. Got the spicy fried pickle burger with grilled onions, mushroom and lettuce and tomato. Regular fries with... garlic aioli and strawberry ketchup. Very happy. Nice young man at the counter, relatively clean bathrooms and tables, fastservice. Read more
This used to be a place I was so proud we had in Tulsa, a place I bragged about to everyone. It used to be really, really good.... The last few times I've been it has just been disappointing, though. Maybe it's just the south location, I'm not sure. But whatI remembered being one of the best bacon cheeseburgers ever was extremely sad tonight. The meat had some char marks but overallwas grey and tasted liked it had just been pulled out of a pot of water. The meat was juicy, but... Not in a good way, and had afunky flavor. Usually a great spot but I was highly disappointed today. I haven?t been here in awhile. I felt I was a nuisance to staff. No... greeting when me and my young son walked in. Order was taken w zero customer service. Food brought out w zero customer service.I ordered a beer on tap which was more warm than cold. Food came out and frys were too greasy to eat. Burger was decent butdripping w grease and not cooked in the middle. Mine and my sons. We sat at the bar and I felt as we were almost not welcomethere by staff which had 3 women behind counter and one cook behind window. Never treated when we left. We spend 35 on a kidmeal a beer a burger and fries. I won?t be back for awhile. Read more
We?ve been coming here for years and we absolutely love it! My favorite is the peanut butter bacon burger and I get it with... strawberry ketchup, it?s amazing!! Had a great meal tonight. We ordered the black and blue and the bacon cheeseburger. We liked the option of choosing our own... toppings. Burgers and toppings were delicious and flavorful. The 3 of us shared a regular fries. We will be back and highlyrecommend. Read more
One of the best small burger chains in Tulsa. The food is cooked, made to order, the ingredients are quality and fresh, the... fries are delicious and the number of dipping sauces you can select from is absolutely insane. My friends swear by thestrawberry ketchup, but that's not my jam. Pun intended. I prefer the garlic aioli. Not the cheapest burger in town, butdefinitely among the most creative, delicious and well prepared. Each month they have a new "Burger of the Month," that neverceases to disappoint, but for your first visit, you have to try their namesake burger. "The Fat Burger." To sum it up, it is aburger with melted cheese and butter *inside* the burger patty. Just be careful. The inside will be molten hot, because it getsserved fresh, and while you may want to night right into it, I warn you and your tongue, do not. You will get burned.
