The sandwiches ???? ???? were sooo good ???? and were really filling. The southern style sweet ???? tea ???? was extraordinary... ???? and I highly recommend it. The meal deal included a sandwich ????, chips ????, and a drink ????. The ???? ???? ????????????? ???? firehouse subs organization makes alot of donations to the local fire ???? and safety departments and you just neverknow if some of the supplies they have purchased will one-day save your life or someone you love ??. If I could give less than a One I would first of all they are overpriced I paid $6.99 for a Luke warm sandwich that had three... ingredients on it. That wasn?t the worst part I waited 33 minutes for ONE SANDWICH while I watched employees mismanaged theirtime, making online orders that hadn?t arrived leaving the 3 people that were walk in customers waiting. I visited the 71st and Lewis location with two other disabled veterans I asked if they gave any military discounts with the... district manager he replied no that they gave discounts to first responders which I agree with but when asked why no militarydiscounts he had no answer I have not been back since and I believe all military should boycott firehouse subs until theychange their policy Read more
Called to place a large order(17 sandwiches). They asked what time we would like to pick up I said ASAP. They told me it would... be about an hour, which I thought was extremely accommodating. When my pick up person got there , the manager Brandy wasextremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She was speaking about our order as if we burdened her. (?They needed to give us morenotice. This is ridiculous, ect??) Which was surprising to me as her team is who gave us the pick up time. Which, I might add ittook another 30 min to accomplish. She was in earshot of the person picking up. Made him feel uncomfortable. I then called tospeak with her about the service we received . I was met with more of her unprofessional and unpleasant service. She wouldn?teven let me speak and told me it didn?t matter she had it all on camera anyway. Really delicious sandwiches. Fresh crispy bread. I had a Hook and Ladder, my hubby had Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar. We could not... enjoy our meal bc they had two TVs blaring sports shows. It's like someone yelling at you while you're trying to eat. We maytake ours to go from now on. Read more
Fantastic sub sandwich at great prices. We had coupons for free medium subs and it was out first time there. The kids both got... the Hook and Ladder sub and I got the smoked brisket and cheese. They were delicious! I would have given 5 stars but they forgotone of my orders. I had to do two orders and the second one with mine and my son's subs was thrown away because it had the samename on it as my daughter's ticket. They apologized and made it right. The staff is always friendly here. Service is usually pretty quick. Food is always great. My favorite is the Italian but I?ve... never had a bad sandwich. I like knowing that they have a foundation that helps firefighters get equipment and training. Read more
