Absolutely love this place! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. They asked if we had ever been there before, when we said... no they proceeded to explain the menu and all of the choices and pointed out the favorites. Wow i had the best of both worlds sandwich w tots and i also tried the chicken parm bowl, my friends had the classic mac bowl... along with the classic grilled cheese and everyone loved their meals, nice cozy place and the help are super nice and helpful,sandwiches were crispy and had a great texture and tasted so good, we got stuffed and took some to go! I really wanted to like this place. The menu looked fantastic, and I love the concept. Unfortunately that was not the case. I... ordered the Best of Both World's grilled cheese combo and my wife got the Buffalo Mac and cheese bowl. For sides she ordered thebuffalo chicken bites (they were out of the classic Mac and cheese ones she wanted) and I ordered the cheese cake bites afterbeing asked which side I wanted. After ordering and waiting for quite some time we're informed that they lost the sandwich onour order somewhere and had to remake it. While waiting I heard them say they located the extra sandwich and after waitinglonger for the remake I assume I received the original sandwich seeing as it was lukewarm by the time I got it, but I cannotconfirm if it was the original sandwich or the remake. However upon checking my order I find the saddest excuse for tater tots Ihave ever seen in my life in as my side. When I say I ordered a different side I'm informed that sandwiches come with tater totsnot a side of your choice, different information than I was given up on ordering. Regardless I left the place flustered andannoyed, my wife stayed behind and got the cheesecake bites which honestly are so bad it wasn't worth her effort of explainingwhat happened in the ordering process for us to get. By the time we finally received our food the warmest piece of food waslukewarm at best, and anything that was supposed to be fried (tater tots, Mac and cheese bites) are horribly undercooked andsoggy. I cannot in any way recommend this restaurant, and at the time of writing this (roughly 30 minutes after receiving andeating my food) have already warned multiple people I know against it. Read more
Tried a couple of BYO Mac n cheeses, regular Mac and cheese, The Best of Both Worlds sandwich, side of Broccoli cheese, kids... meals, and cheesecake bites. I will say the Mac and cheeses were just ok, not too much flavor. The grilled cheese sandwich waspretty good! The tater tot sides that came with sandwich and kids meals are a laughable quantity considering the price peritem.I would say overall this is a 3.5 in my book. We did delivery as I figured this place would be quite busy as it recentlyopened. Food was delivered on time and accurate. Might try again one day. Read more
Update to my review: had the signature Vegan delight. It was a little pricey, but was delicious. Good size for the price. Called... ahead and made sure they had the vegan Mac and cheese since they didn't have it the first time we went. Read more
