This place is a joke. We waited an hour for cheese sticks that the waitress never put in, so we didn't get them, and 2... sandwiches. There were 5 tables at in the whole restaurant. When I finally got my "Buffalo chicken melt", this is what I got.Id laugh if I wasnt serious. The entire visit, our drinks were refilled once, and thats after it took at least 20 mins to getthem in the first place. I told the waitress we would pay for my husbands meal only, which is the only thing that was eaten,and nothing else. The waitress refused to take the drink off the order. With how bad this place was, I shouldn't have even beenexpected to pay for the sandwich, much less the drink I said I wouldn't pay for. First time in my adult life I think I haventleft a tip. My waitresses name was Marisol, it wasn't all her fault but a half decent waitress could have avoided most of themess ups that we dealt with. The manager should never have let that staff work alone. Bad food and bad service, over paid for Great Value knock off chicken tenders. And after we left we didn't feel good, the coffee... was watered down, and the food was cold. I would say this falls at the feet of the manager, thanks for the making sure we don'tcome back, there are plenty of other places to get breakfast. Read more
It was great we stopped going because not clean and food wasn't as good but that was 31 another one. they was spraying when we... was eating we got up went out the door. We didn't know they had improved looks and took carpets out the girls at 71 was sonice it was clean food was great they was professional we are going back again . Read more
Sunday afternoon at 2 pm. Restaurant is at 1/3 capacity and still takes 5 minutes to be seated. The hostess at front area is... eating food in front of customers that are waiting to be seated. After being seated it takes 5 more minutes to simply get awaitress to come take our order. Again, the restaurant is at 1/3 capacity. Great service once the waitress arrived. The food was great. My friend order was wrong she aaked for fried hard egg but got scrambled. It took 45 minutea for our food to... come. We were told a large group was coming so we felt like we had to hurry and order. Group cancled. My hot coco tasted likewater switched to pepsi. Our cups stayed empty not once were we offered a refill. I finally asked. We still left a great tip.The food was great, the restaurant was clean. After talking with the waitresss she said there was people working in the kitchendue to issue with the grill. Which caused the time situation. Maybe in the future the seevers can pay a little more attention tothe customer. There so mamy places to eat. IHOP's food recipes are great. I will still eat at IHOP not all experiences arepleasant. I took my daughter for breakfast for her birthday. We had quick service and everything was made to order. We went at 830 AM on... a Saturday. There was no waiting when we got there but there was a short line of 4 families waiting when we left. Read more
They were short staff..but our server/waiter was pretty good???????? great Customer Service!
