So it is November 20 2022 at about 2:00 am and the gentlemen working the drivethrough was awesome. They were short staffed and... he may have been the only one there, but he was extremely polite and was taking orders and cooking. I commend this young manfor his good attitude and work ethic. Man, we have always loved Jack in the Box but this one was horrible. Ordered the spicy chicken strips. 3 pieces for almost $9... (almost $20 for a 6 piece chicken strip order? What?), and they were the worst. Super tough, crunchy (not crispy), not fresh atall and almost all batter on 2 of them. The 3rd one was literally one bite. Like a chicken finger... The 6 piece regular stripswere no different. The tacos were hard and stale as well. Super bummed as the tacos are usually our favorite. Plus the staffwere pretty ghetto and kinda rude. Not a good experience at all. $50 and some change for 2 mediocre burgers, 2 orders of chickenstrips and some tacos..... Could just go to a decent restaurant for that price... Will not come back to this location again andstaring to doubt Jack in the Box. Read more
Me and the wife had a nice dinner here after a mall trip. The customer service was really good and they always checked and made... sure we were alright! Well we were the only one in there for a time lol but I would recommend I had no issues with the food andthe service was great! Read more
It was a horrible experience. I did an online order and when I reached there, I let them know. When I informed the person at the... counter, he was like, "Sorry I am busy and showing some signs". It took around 15-20 minutes to get the food and it was notbusy at all. Very poor customer experience. Ordered a buttery jack combo and I felt Burger King's whopper is far better thanthis. Food temperature was low and the buttery jack was full of ketchup inside. Really dissatisfied!!! Read more

Food tasted great. Everything was hot and fresh. Customer service was great as well. They made sure to include the sauces and... napkins and were friendly about helping. The presentation of the food was great. The only thing that was negative about thestore is that it wasn't the cleanest. There was ketchup all over the counters. The drink machine where you touch it was filthy.One of the employees just began to clean the tables.and there wasn't really anyone inside of the restaurant. Read more
I would?ve loved to have the sweet-and-sour sauce I asked for when I got my eggrolls then the rest of my food. As it turns out... the only part of the order that was mine was the eggrolls. I don?t have any sweet-and-sour sauce and I can?t eat them withoutit. They are hot and fresh. The entire order was hot and fresh. Please remember, sauce is very important!
