Left order laying on the porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking pure laziness. The food bag always smells like cigarette... smoke. Sandwich is never made as ordered. Contacted corporate twice and they stated they would contact me, but never did. Theycharge $5.00 for delivery so do not tip them until they come to the door. I love this Jimmy John?s, it?s always delicious and great customer service. However, today I had not just one but two long black... and blonde hairs tangled up into my sandwich?I?m not super grossed out by hair in my food (I?m a barber, it?s pretty normal?)but the fact that it was so wrapped up in my entire sandwich was very off putting. Staff wasn't friendly at all. I asked for light lettuce and no tomatoes, asked for a receipt to make sure the order was right,... said I'd get one over there, and pointed to where I pick it up. I picked up my sandwich, I made sure contact, smiled andsaid thank you, and got a stare. Receipt didn't have my request in there, so the sandwich wasn't right, but oh well I guess.
