Left order laying on the porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking pure laziness. The food bag always smells like cigarette... smoke. Sandwich is never made as ordered. Contacted corporate twice and they stated they would contact me, but never did. Theycharge $5.00 for delivery so do not tip them until they come to the door. I love this Jimmy John?s, it?s always delicious and great customer service. However, today I had not just one but two long black... and blonde hairs tangled up into my sandwich?I?m not super grossed out by hair in my food (I?m a barber, it?s pretty normal?)but the fact that it was so wrapped up in my entire sandwich was very off putting. Staff wasn't friendly at all. I asked for light lettuce and no tomatoes, asked for a receipt to make sure the order was right,... said I'd get one over there, and pointed to where I pick it up. I picked up my sandwich, I made sure contact, smiled andsaid thank you, and got a stare. Receipt didn't have my request in there, so the sandwich wasn't right, but oh well I guess. Ordered a small sandwhich meal and was charged for and got the big one. I waited for my small sandwich to be called out while... the big one set there. I said something to the guy that I ordered the small one and instead of fixing my problem, he just keptmaking and calling other people up that entered the store after me. I checked my receipt and they charged me for the large oneand I just grabbed my sandwich and left. Not what I wanted. I hate to waste food and had no way to preserve the sandwhich. Endedup eating the whole thing and wrecking my calorie count for the day. For someone watching what they eat for dietary reasons,don't come here if you want a small. They were so focused on the big catering order that they rushed through the regualrcustomers and did not listen. I felt like we were insignificant livestock that was getting the scraps. I wont be back to thislocation. They got two stars because the food was actually good, too large for my calorie count, just the service sucked. Read more
Good sandwich. Average service. Not terrible, just maybe a touch slow, and little but of an attitude. It may have been a rough... day, I?ll definitely give them more chances, but I?ve noticed that these types of things are signs of decline. Hopefully I amwrong. Read more
First time having Jimmy John?s and it was delicious. We did a pick up order through the app. When we arrived, the order hadn?t... been received because their system messed up (not the employee?s fault so no big deal) When they finally found it they made theorder right away. Highly upset. Went in for a BLT unwhich and had 2 piece of bacon, a small slice of tomato and very little lettuce. Paid $6 for... basically bacon. Called to voice my opinion and basically for the ok well bye from them Read more
