The price was good the chicken had a tank to it so it was a four overall

Sadly chicken was old, definitely not fresh, greasey. Bought family box, but had to pay for biscuits and only got one side... order with it. Very disappointing. Especially since prices are so high. Read more
So I ordered through Door Dash to pick it up at a specific time. Chicken was old despite having to still wait 20 min after... pickup time to get it. Did not have the drink bags anymore and no alternative for replacing the drinks ie cups. Had to go backand ask for the cookies. Now not to say the employees were working the best they could with 3 people. Hope they get it figuredout but I won't be ordering from here again. Read more

Frustrated! Over $11 for a meal. Asked if I wanted hot sauce or honey and I said yes, honey for the biscuit. Well, I got 12... packets of honey sauce and no biscuit with my meal. Of course I am gone because I am working. Do better people, how hard is itto include a staple item! Also got 2 sporks and about 30 napkins. Read more
Does it really matter what time you go to KFC to ask for crispy chicken personally I wouldn't think so but if you go too close... to closing time you're not going to get crispy chicken. It seems more consistently that whenever I go to a KFC location thatthere's going to be some item that I order that I won't be able to get and it's almost depressing. I put an order in store For 16 tenders 2 mashed potatoes 2 Gravy's And an order of fries. With this menu when you buy this you... get 6 cookies. I was not given my 6 cookies or my fries. So I called and nobody would answer the phone. Read more
