The food is good and consistent from what you would expect from kfc. But the staff is completely incompetent and rude.

Due to the presence of Chick-fil-a, Popeyes, Church?s chicken etc, KFC is not a great option now. But their specials is... something that cant be avoided. Saw this $4.99 leg and thigh special and I shud say, it was pretty good. You usually dont talkabout flavor of fast food so nothing much to say there. Their specials include a leg, a thigh, mashed potato with gravy on top,coleslaw and a biscuit. I hope they keep on having specials lol Read more
Later in the evening when we went and the staff just wasn?t very friendly. More focused on the drive thru than us with our 2... year old inside. Food was good so I will give them that though. Read more
My fiancé went here a couple days ago and when he came back told me about the rude man over the intercom and then the woman who... came on the intercom and was even more rude. Very condescending and wouldn?t let my fiancé speak and kept giving him attitudeand then when he got his food he didn?t get what he ordered and the chicken was so soggy and tasted like it had been left in ajuice bath or something. Called the ?manager? as soon as he told me what happened and the manager didn?t offer any apology thatwas satisfactory. will NEVER come here again. Read more
After accidently sending my order to the wrong side of town the lady at the window was just so nice about it. She really knew... how to make sure I left happy. Customer service at it's finest! And the food was great! Thanks for the cookies! Delicious! Read more
Would not honor coupons found online. Was told they haven't had any coupons out for a year and half at least. Had 3 different... coupons. Finally left any went to another place. WONT BE GOING BACK. KEVIN WAS RUDE AND JERKISH! Read more
The staff are rude, the Manager was no help, and just as rude as the staff. I seen the mock a customer because he was different... from most ppl, an when he find defended himself, they just laugh at him. Then the manager just told them to go in the back, themanager didn?t handle the customer very nicely either. I love KFC, but not this Location. Do better KFC! Read more
