I asked for extra gravy and cheese on my famous bowl, and on that, they delivered, but they must?ve given me the chicken fingers... that had been laying out under the heat lamp all day. My SO?s chicken fingers were great, but they must?ve thought the gravywould soften them up. Big fail KFC. I literally would not feed them to my dog. I thought he?d get sick. Read more

This was sent to me 11 days ago. And I still haven't gotten anything from them. That tells me they don't care about their... customers but just full of dishonesty customer service. If you weren't going to do anything don't waste people time. Let me justgo on Google and spread how nasty oily greasy the food was to eat to where my dogs didn't want none of it. I am not going togive you another opportunity to lie to your customer when nothing been done to begin with. I am just not going there no more. Iunderstand it's fast food and it's not healthy for you; however, it's supposed to be a quick fix meal for the family. If my dogswould noy eat it what makes anyone else wants to eat it. This upset me because customer service nowadays is nothing but liesand deceit. I got 2, 5 dollar bowls. They were dry and tasted like they was prepared a day ago. Will not return to this KFC.

They replaced my strawberry lemonade with regular lemonade without giving me my refund due to price difference. I purchased 4... KFC sauces but they were not in the bag when I picked up my order. Super unprofessional! We were told in the drive thru that our wait would be 30 minutes due to 2 large orders in front of us... (reasonable and understandable) but the guy sounded overwhelmed so I asked if he could tell me what was available now instead ofthe 8 piece bucket. He responded, "I don't know ma'am," and continued to rant about how backed up they were. I asked for hisname and was told to come inside for him to provide "any information I would need." What we need is for the managers at thislocation to sharpen their training program, with the staff, on proper time management, stress management, and customer service.Obviously, Sunday at 1:00 would be a peak time for any family restaurant. It should be organized, planned for, and betterexecuted so your staff doesn't feel the need to cope with their stress by venting to your customers. Since I wasn't offered analternative (we would have bought anything) and was told to come inside for asking someone their name (in an attempt to calm himdown), we just left. I would hate to be the owner of this location and just watch money roll away. I don't believe anyoneinvests in a business with the goal of losing money. Tighten up GM ???? Read more
