I rarely ever give a bad review. We went there a week ago. Ordered the 10 piece dark original with 2 sides. They asked us to... move forward, never gave us an approximate time, so we did, we stayed there I know over 15 minutes. I went in and asked if Icould get some Nashville sauce to go with my Togo order. The young man at the counter informed me that my food was already readyand it was literally sitting on the counter in front of me. I thought that was weird no one brought it out. So I said ok, can Iget some sauce then ? He said he would have to charge me for it. I understand having to charge for some sauces, but if acustomer is waiting a long time on their carry out, and it was all ready ready, what's a 25 cent sauce gonna hurt? Well we gethome , the chicken was completely wrong. It was a 10 piece crispy. Of white and dark meat. The meat was Luke warm at best. Ilike KFC, but this was my first time to this location. Tornado hit east and south Tulsa so I drove my entire family out here for them to tell us they were closing early due to being... short staffed. I counted 4 uniformed employees. I've been here before this event as well. Service has always been hit or miss.Sometimes it passes, most of the time it sucks. This location struggles to retain any decent employees. I get it, holding ontokey employees is difficult and recruiting can be even harder in the food service industry so I can sympathize with you. Food was good, no complaints there. I just don't understand why I was here two days ago and 3 gentleman came in, ordered a cup... of water no problem. I come in again today ordered food, and wanted just a cup of water but was told they couldn't do that, andthat my only option was to buy an aquafina for $1.69.
