God I pray I get the managers name right, her name is Rachel. She worked a shift today at 4pm. Today I ordered a quantity of 12... pizzas for my daughter?s birthday party and I grabbed the wrong credit card. I felt so bad and unfortunately they couldn?t takemy right credit card over the phone or I couldn?t pay online. I was living a nightmare I tell you. The little Caesars staff werenothing but supportive in every single way! They helped carry the pizzas to my car and they were patient with me for over 30minutes to get my card activated. I pray the lead supervisors recognize the hard working employees that are at this branch andgive them a raise. I will choose the 81st & Lewis branch before I choose any other. God bless y?all! I ordered 4 simple pizzas for the family. I received four EXTREMELY THIN PIZZAS, which weren't even cut completely and with them... being so thin, the pizza just went to shreds!!! I called back to inquire why the cheese pizza was burnt and the crust so thin oneach pizza. The response I got was long drawn out sighs and sounds of irritation as the manager "Mark" kept putting the phonedown while I was speaking. When I was in the facility he seemed very biased and exhibiting a power trip upon the AfricanAmerican employees who then left. I was not able to get a refund, as Mark stated they "aren't allowed to issue refunds" nor wasmy order replaced or even accommodated concerning this issue. I will be calling corporate in the morning as I sat on hold for 15minutes of him banging pots around, to even get corporates phone number!!! Read more

This place is being ran very poorly. It appears the staff hasn't been trained properly but I appreciate their hard work and how... they tried to fix issues. It's basically a skeleton crew being overwhelmed with orders and not having the right training tohandle a rush. I ordered two pizzas through the app and was notified about them being ready on time. When I get there, theyaren't ready. Then try to fix it by giving me old pizza that had been sitting in the warmer, the pizza looked old. I asked themfor a new one and it appears that they just took the old pizza into the warmer, pretended to make a new one (waited 5min) thenbrought out a different one from the warmer. I used to work at a pizza joint so I know my pies. Anyway, I gave up and took itwith me. I'm just hoping management sees this and does some training. The owner too I guess. Read more

Walked in at around 5:45pm and was greeted by loud screeching laughter and yelling. So loud the girl at the register apologized... before I could even say anything. Then, I attempted to order the $5.99 lunch special. She said they didn't do that after 2pm. Itold her I thought it was just that it wasn't hot and ready after 2, but you could still order it. She told me to hold on andshe ran to the back. Next thing I know a young guy comes to the register wanting to know what he could help me with. Sobasically the girl didn't want to deal with me anymore and passed me off to him. I wasn't rude or anything I simply didn't wantto pay for a huge pizza that I can't finish for my lunch break. But to just pass me off to another employee without even tryingto help is NOT good customer service. If something has changed and Little Caesars no longer sells that lunch deal after 2, thenexplain that to me. Don't walk away like you are going to find out because you don't know and then send someone else to me so Ibasically have to start the whole process over again with someone else. Tired of always getting messed up orders because the kid taking them doesn?t want to take out there earphones and listen to the... customer! Waited 45 mins and still got the WRONG pizza. Every time it?s like this. Can we get someone that rings orders andlistens to customers. Update so we gave them another chance and yeah the pizza came out right this time but it took 30 minutesto make! I am done this was the last straw. We will not ever be back to this location! This has to be by far the easiest, most painless, and astonishingly easy way to get Pizza without breaking the bank. To be... honest I called for delivery from, well probably shouldn't say, but their total for &48 + tax and tip, I drove 2 miles, was inand out of store without assistance, Pizza hot and ready, only cost $25. + change, definitely worth picking up, and I get thewarmest, best piece, lol ????????
