I came to have lunch here. Only one cashier running both drive thru and dine in. Great lady she was doing the best she could to... give the best customer service. I wished they would send her help. Same with the cook. He was running back and forth. Food wasgood too! Read more
We are inside and there was no music playing. All we could hear were the staff griping the entire time. Food was not so great... and each table was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. Got sick the next day. I?m not sure if the food we ate there hadanything to do with it but I know I personally won?t be back. Plus it was over $30 for two meals unworthy of eating. Read more
7/10/22 Got the Fish & Chicken Variety Platter to go. The food wasn't fresh even though I specifically asked for it to be.... Called them & they suggested I drive all the way back over there for a replacement & the coleslaw was also left out. Read more
I love the seafood and the crumbs. But every time I go there I find the drive thru menu confusing and overwhelming, it's too... close(?) I think. (So much food, so little space to display). Then I get anxious because the drive thru is so tight, I've gotsomeone so close behind me she can read the tag in my shirt and the voice in the menu pressing me for a decision of which I seemincapable of making because there are so many choices. But everyone there has always been polite and pretty patient with me - sothank you Long John! Read more
Used drive thru. Very nice young lady at the window. She had a great smile and apologized for being a little slow they were... short handed. She made sure she had our order correct. Very pleased with her service. Food was very good. Read more
First and foremost I would like to say that this is my first time eating at Long John silver and it will be my last. I now... understand why there's not many of them out there. My husband and I was craving for fried fish. This was not worth $53 for afamily meal at all. As you could tell from the picture that was my fries and hush puppies and the way that I found them was theywere under the fried so breaded so greasy fish. It was not in a separate container where it looked like it was cared for orenough to feed a family. They were so interest to get rid of me through the drive-thru that I would assume I had all my stuffbut the one thing that I was missing was my coleslaw cuz this was a 16 piece fried fish four side 16 hush puppy family meal for$40 some dollars. From that picture does that look like a shareable size fries for a family. My husband says that the green beantasted funny so did the crumble macaroni and cheese that looks like it was stuffed in it to full up the cup. The cocktail saucetasted very nasty. Which made my husband and I very very sick to our stomach. If I could I would give this restaurant zeroStars. There is nothing great about Long John silver's once you unravel all that breaded on top of the fish it was like a packof ketchup under all that grease. This meal from here makes me not want to eat from there ever again and hopefully those thatread reviews can understand why. If the restaurant decide to reach out to me all I have to say is that I don't want no food fromthere I just want my full refund because it was not worth $50 some dollars to feed my family all breaded greasy fish andunflavored uneven portion sides for my family. I was better off to go to Taco Bell or McDonald's at least it wouldn't hurt somuch cost so much and make people sick. Read more
