Our Server was a Mr. Jason Redman and of all restaurants in all towns I have been in my life his is by far the Best Server I... have ever met. Customer service is outstanding he is a down to earth Gentleman and our drink glasses were always full and thefood was amazing I had the Roadhouse Steak with bruzzlesputs and it was outstanding and the Brussel sprouts were extremelydelicious and for an appetizer the cheese mushrooms were out of this world. With his customer service and his ability to suggestthe food and explain it he is the best Server I have ever had and I swear should be a manager an teach everyone how to maketheir customer service top of line. Great food, reasonably priced. Sufficient options. Portions are big, but that's what you expect at a steakhouse like this. The... Chocolate Stampede is amazing, but you might want to plan to share it (huge). The best part of the meal though was our waitress,Taylor. She was attentive, engaging, and very witty. Four stars only because the menu if fairly small, otherwise everything that was offered was pretty good. They serve the... standard bread loaf and butter starter, which I always love, and we ordered the Wild West Shrimp, which I definitely recommend. I had 6 pcs tender strips and a baked sweet potato, which was all perfect. My friend ordered the parm chicken and gave me a biteand it was very good. Other buddy had a steak and said it was cooked and season perfect. No sauce required. Service was good andfast, and facilities seemed ice and clean. Read more
While I've been in Tulsa this week, I tried some of the local places and most were good. I decided to see if the OK version of... Longhorn was as good as the TX ones. It definitely was! I went with the wings to start, then a pecan strawberry salad, and theentree was the steak and shrimp plate. Everything was fantastic! The wings were as good as any great wing place or better. Thesalad was fresh and perfectly dressed, not heavy, just right. Surprisingly, the brussel sprouts were nearly the best part of themeal. Delicious! My server was super friendly and attentive. Came in with no expectations. Party of 7. Wait time +/- 20 minutes. Just watched a HS graduation. Hungry. Appetizers, shrimp,... Texas Tonion. About 4-1/2 minutes later its on the table. Very delicious. Drinks, immediately. Ordered dinner. Very delicious.Hot, bread too. Longhorn is killing it. Justin our waiter left us completely satisfied. I?d give this experience 10 stars. We did the app reservation on our way to the restaurant. Thinking that might help us with the wait time. It said 20min wait. So... we signed up, received our text. We got to the restaurant, the app said we were 2nd in line. As we were walking in, it said wewere next in line. So I asked the hostess if there was anything I needed to do. She said no. So we move to the side. And watch 6other families get seated. I'm a little confused as my app says next in line. So I walked up to her again, and asked if shecould look to see if my name was on the list. She said "ooooooh yes I see it here and she said checked me in. That was a littlefrustrating as I asked her 30 mins to me arriving. And she didn't bother to explain. Anyway. We get seated. The server was verynice. I ordered the porter house and it was cooked perfectly. Very good flavor. I also ordered mashed potatoes. They didn't havemuch flavor and the butter they added on top made them cold. My house salad was fantastic too. My husband got 2 appetizers ashis meal. He got the wild west shrimp and firecracker chicken wraps. It was alot of food for being an appetizer but they tastedlike they were previously frozen so that was disappointing. Was hoping it was all fresh. I think we'd go again tho for thesteak. My husband and two boys (8&9 yrs old) ate dinner here. I liked the children's menu options. One of my boys ordered mac-n-cheese... and the other one ordered steak. Nice! I ordered shrimp over rice with a side of crispy brussel sprouts. It was very tasty. Iwas surprised by how good the Brussel sprouts were. The husband ordered ribeye and sweet potato. He really likes that he can getsweet potato here. Good service too. Read more
