Although this entertainment venue has been in Tulsa for several years now, today was our first time visiting. My family and I... visited Main Event on a Monday night, which was a discount night for all you can play wristbands. The attendants at the frontdoor as well as at the service counter were great at explaining the process and made us feel informed and welcome. The childrenenjoyed themselves with the ropes course, laser tag, billiards and lots of games. The restrooms were clean and we're equippedwith touchless technology. My husband and I ate from the restaurant and overall it was good. He ordered a cheeseburger andfries and I ordered a salad. The burger fry combo came out beautifully prepared but the salad didn't look so great originally,however we were waited on by a wonderful server named Ron who didn't mind replacing it and making it right. Salad and fries arethe only vegan options that I noticed, however there are queso and chips as a vegetarian option. I'm grateful for the food, funand awesome service. We will definitely come back. Had our son's 7th birthday party there yesterday. We didn't book anything as it was already full, however Heather at the front... went way above and beyond to get us setup with tables and made sure we had all we needed. Honestly she's the only person workingthere that even helped or spoke to us. The boys had fun the pizza was good and games were great. Hubby's job brought out the building, so we were able to enjoy all the festivities with minimal people. Southern Glazer provided... drink tickets all you can eat Taco and Pizza buffet, Cake and did I mention drinks!!! This was such an awesome experience. Theyhave a lot of games, not just for the kiddo, but for the adults as well. We had a blast, running from game to game withpractically no wait. We did not get a chance to do the Laser Tag, but are looking forward to bringing our kids and whooping goodon the vintage style games (Let's see how good the are without a controller). We were able to go Bowling and that was brought meback to my younger days (and realizing in my older days, I need to work out more!!) Bring the Family, Bring your Boo, but getdown to the Main Event and capture your youth again, you will not regret it. I really can not complain because the seat tickets were I'm told a dollar each. I believe from my girlfriend's / daughter's /... boyfriend's / mom's work or wherever. I'm in a wheelchair and my girlfriend's / daughter's / boyfriend tried to make sure we hadHandicapped seating for me. Thankfully it was only half full. It was also nosebleed seats. Granted the view / game was great.4-1 victory is never bad and the oilers was a far better team than the other one. I seen 2 other games at the I think The CivicCenter (2 blocks away) 3rd or 1st and Houston. I'm not exactly sure about the name and it was a good 15 to 18 years ago. The 3rdperiod was just dancing around trying not to make them look bad, I believe both teams were exhausted by that point as well. Read more
Great staff. Very helpful very friendly. Had a birthday party for my 13 year old grandson and everybody had a blast. So much so... that now my granddaughter wants to have all of her parties there and she's only eight. If you're wanting to have a fun time forfamily or friends I highly recommend this location. Its a great place to meet and gather. There is a restaurant ans they serve good pizza and ok wings. There is a bar too, you can... have a beer or two while watching your kids. The place has many diffrent activities and games for all ages. There is pool, airhockey tables, Bowling lanes, Laser tags and arcades of all kinds. Its guaranteed to have a blast at the Main Event in Tulsa.There is a lot of people all over the place helping and guiding customers, getting you drinks depending where you are at, overall good customer service. Now do expect to spend a little more than average on food and drinks it was a bit expensive from mypoint of view. Read more
