I walked in to order a pizza at this location and showed him the coupon via the Mazzio?s app for a large $8.99 one-topping that... I always use and he tells me he has no idea what that is and that I need to have a coupon code. It?s ridiculous that an employeewouldn?t be able to honor and accommodate a customer with a coupon clearly on the company they work for?s app. Makes no sense.Bottom line: terrible customer service Read more
Ordered two thin crust pizzas to be delivered. They arrived to me cold and crust was like cardboard - stale crust pizza ! So... gross. I messaged Mazzio?s via email and they never bothered to reach back. Poor pizza and poor customer service. Read more
This location is only 1.5 miles from where I live. Yet I can't order a delivery online. For whatever reason your "area managers"... rezoned my area due to the downtown Elgin store closing. So, now I have to order some place much farther away, W. Edison. Whichquotes delivery times at 85-90 minutes. Only seems to accept timed orders online, yet it won't do that either! Sure would liketo try Mazzio's as I've heard so much about them. However with the poor customer service and snotty email replies it's apparentthat as an entire corporate entity, Mazzio's is a joke! Was super excited about the keto-friendly "crustless pizza." When we got it home, the cheese was so stuck on the pan that half... the pepperoni slices had to be sacrificed in order to get it plated. Worst pizza experience ever. Read more
