Well I've always known the salad bar my favorite here. Was visiting town thru & had to stop in. Last I was here was pickles,... packets of fat free ranch & Italian. I don't eat regular dressings eww. I would go get a pizza or hamburger etc if wantingfatty stuff. Was no pickles & without ranch & used the vinaigrette it wasn't right. Some items could definitely be changed likeadding boiled eggs or artichokes or hummus or just alone beans. I brought my own fish to add to my salad also. Something I doany buffet I go lol. But it seems to plain, some items little dry. I would return, but bring my own ff ranch & pickles. But why?Jasons deli salad bar has it all ow and no rotini salad here either. I'm going to Jason's deli salad bar next before leaving. Avery good salad bar there at 9.99 least in Nevada. Probably same here. Still recommend mazzios for a simple salad bar. Still hasenough for some. Didn't see pizza buffet part open. I'm curious if the cottage cheese is skin or 1% or whole also. It was justto heavy. Read more
Ive been here 25 minutes and no pizza has come out of the kitchen for the buffet. They still selling buffet, but have no food.... Looked in the oven and its empty. Read more
I gave 5 stars merely for nostalgia. The food was ok. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't macaroni salad or pea salad on the... salad bar. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Read more
I didn't enjoy my dine in experience at this location. The guy working the drive through was wearing sandals showing off his... gross looking feet. Waited 40 minutes for one large deep pan pizza and cheese sticks. A lady had waited 30 minutes for hercheese sticks. The work flow looked really slow. The workers were busy talking and hiding in the back when we asked about ourfood. They said it it was just now done cooking. It was just sitting on the counter and the pizza wasn't hot. It wasn't even adeep pan. It just looked like cheese and sauce on a cracker. Never eating there again. Read more
Took almost an hour for them to make. When I for up and asked where the pizza was he said coming out the oven. When we got the... pizza it was super cold and was undercooked. Then seen a guy in the kitchen with sandals on and his feet were super dirty andcrust. In my opinion that is very unsanitary and if the health department seen that thats a hefty fine. Will never eat thereagain and would discourage people going to that location. Me and fiancee ended up both really sick and had bad stomach pains fortwo days. Never again. Read more
I waited longer than necessary, as an employee aimlessly wandered around the front of the store before offering to assist me.... When I said that I was waiting for an order he grabbed it from the waiting area where it had been sitting. We got home, severalmiles and unloaded our groceries, then sat to eat before realizing how horribly they messed up everything. Toppings theyactually gave us were scarce. They also completely excluded the sausage and it looked like they only gave one piece of salami.For the supreme with jalapenos, they completely excluded the supreme and only gave us a cheese with jalapenos. Tired andalready settled in, we called customer service hoping to be able to send pictures and the receipt and get at least a partialrefund for the parts we didn't get. Instead I just got excuses, told I should have expected that (website doesn't say they'dlack toppings or would be any different, actually instead shows pictures of full pizzas). I was then told that to get any help Ineeded to go back to the store or accept some coupons for next time. There won't be a next time. I'll be making a complaintagainst you instead and we won't be back to this location or Mazzios. (We quit going about 2 years ago because you used thepandemic as an excuse for poor customer service and bad work ethics. This time we've learned our lesson for good.) Read more

No pickles or mushrooms, artichokes, beans, rotini salad etc. Only good was okra. Got my own fat free dressing because they... didn't have any. For utterly a buck more.... jusy go to Jason's deli. It swelled me up horrible unlike other salad buffets also,so there choices like cottage cheese & etc are cheap junk! Pizza good here thou. Salad bar could use minor changes thou. Where'sthe pickles?
