This is the 3rd and LAST time we will try this location. They advertise all you can eat buffet, however they can not keep up... with demand. We informed them when we first arrived that they were out of sweet tea and hour later when we left still no sweettea. There were no plain pizzas on the buffet no just hamburger or sausage or pepperoni everything was full vegetable stylepizzas we asked several times to see maybe if we could just get like a plain one meat topping pizza on the buffet or cheesepizza we were told we put those on there but we never saw any when we asked are you going to put in desserts out we'll get tothem when we can we were in this restaurant for over an hour never saw any desserts coming out my kid literally hated everyminute of it because kids want plain Pizza not all the vegetables so she was picking everything off it was a disaster they wereclearly understaffed but it's a corporate chain if you're going to advertise an all you can eat then you should be prepared forit pizzas can be pre-made and ready to pop in the oven so you don't fall that far behind and for the fact that we sit there forover an hour and never had desserts come out to the dessert buffet never had sweet tea made never had a plain pizza put out andif there was there were literally people standing in line to scarf it up so they would put one medium Pizza out and the firstthree people in line got all the pizza and then everybody else was still sit and wait 10 to 15 minutes for the next pizza. Allthree of our visits have went like this and the same rude worker telling everyone we will get to it when we get to it.Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Usually I love this location, but it's been going downhill steadily. For buffet it doesn't get much better. Just watch the... kitchen staff. The last couple times I've watched the lady cutting the pizzas eating while cutting the food. With a shorterstaffing situation in sure it's worse once you look closer. I hope it improves since I frequent this establishment! Read more

We use this location for our take out orders. I order online through the app. Found that using a coupon for the pizza is the... way to go. We always get the Ken's version. I love the spicy pizza sauce and the thin crust. The desserts are better thanexpected. Always fresh and hot! Read more
