Pleasantly surprised very tasty and good value
I really enjoy the salad bar and I also think that they have good pizza and pasta as well.
Took them one hour and 40mins to deliver pizza (obviously it was cold after all this time)The store is less than a mile from our... home. When I spoke to Jordan he told me he would replace the pizza as long as I give them half of the pizza back. He said it washis store policy. I told him absolutely not. I?ve never heard of anything like this before. We had 5 toddlers waiting over anhour & 40 mins for the pizza and I was supposed to take it back from them and give back to Mazzios??!!?? I?ve never. Then wait60-70 mins for a new one. He did not once apologize for the wait or seemed like he cared. SMH. Jordan is a poor example ofcustomer service. Highly dissatisfied with the way he handled the situation. Most definitely will be reaching out to corporate. Read more
Ordered a works pizza and after we drove to pick it up realized it didn't have any meat on it. We took it back and the manager... only said "we have new guys back there". No apology or care at all. Rude staff and bad customer service. Read more
They were out of cinnamon sticks so couldn?t get me a classic meal deal, I asked for light sauce on the pizza in my order and... they gave me extra, and it?s undercooked. I ordered delivery from this location and they took super long to deliver, which i totally understand. What I?m upset about is... the fact the pizza had me throwing up ALL NIGHT. I literally ate 2 slices and my had son had one. Our stomachs were immediatelymessed up. He had diarrhea all night and i couldn?t stop throwing up. I got the small chocolate chips cookie pizza and it was good and fresh and right out of the oven so it was hot. It tasted really... yummy. I loved it. It was not too sweet like the rest so it was really good. I saw the salad bar it looked great too.... Theonly draw back is if they have a weakened buffet it would be lovely. Read more
