I ordered some pizzas at 445 told they would arrive in 30-40 minutes. When they didn't arrive within an hour I called. The girl... I talked to said they were delivered. I told her they weren't and she verified my address, called the driver and said she wouldhave a reorder ASAp. At 610 I recieved a email that the driver was on the way. They are 5 min from house. At 635 I called andthe person gave me a whole nother address not mine. While on hold to speak to a supervisor, I got a call waiting from the samenumber and answered and the guy again startled rattling off the wrong address, mind you my confirmation order email has thecorrect address. Then while explaining that address is wrong, understandable upset, he hangs up on me. Then I finally get to asupervisor and explain everything and request a refund to my card. He tells me I have to call treasury. Poor customer service.Poor resolution. I want my 60$ refunded. And still never recieved my pizzas!!! Read more
What a big disappointment. Food was a C- at best. similar to CiCis pizza.
If I could give 0 stars I would but ya I cant. I ordered lemon pepper wings. and they sent naked wings. On top of that it took... them over two hours to deliver my order. So sad cuz this location used to be so good but now they are hot garbage. Hopefullythey got my pizza right. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered calizone. It never came. The call center closes before 1030 obviously because they had... a recording playing saying they were closed. So now no food and pretty sure my cell number was listed because they asked for it.This is the 2nd time this has happened. You all should not offer delivery if you don't want to deliver pizza or get someemployees that don't mind working. A phone call would have been nice if you were not bringing the food instead of having me waituntil everything else is closed. I will not order from you all again . Almost every time I order from here I have problems. This time I didn?t receive my ranch with my wings. The app ask you if you... want sauce before adding to the cart. I get ranch every time. My vehicle is not working. There is always an inconvenience when Iorder either on the phone or app. Read more
I've ordered 2 pizzas while stuck in hospital. One online and one thru call center.. Each time I've asked for square cut so my... mom can eat the pizza is smaller slices. Ad photos show Mazzios doesn't read well and needs to not offer an option they don'tdo. Stores manager quote was "I don't know" both times. Read more
Let me start off by saying 1 star is to much they deseve no stars!!!! The last 3 times we have ordered from here it has been a... total waste! The first time and second time they did not bring the ranch that we ordered. Also they we're late! This last timewe ordered 2 triple play deal with 2 salads. The pizza got there late like normal and they had brought the wrong salads. I callthem and they said they would rush the correct salads back to us in 15 minutes! Lol what a joke!!!!!! 40 minutes later wecalled again because we still had not gotten our salads. They told us it would be at least another 30 minutes to get our salads.So my kids were able to eat but my husband and I had to wait over 2 hours to eat!! With an order that cost $60-70 every time weorder we will never order Mazzios again. Tired of giving them chances we will take our business elsewhere!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would everytime I place a order for delivery it never comes on time pizza be dry and hard
