Guess they're always short staffed because 20+ minutes after the order is due......still waiting! I worked at pizza hut, shift... leader, and I know how long it takes to make and cook a pizza. Unacceptable at this or any location regardless of thefranchise etc Read more
Good service but 1 in 3 times we order from here we have to go back because something isn't right with the order
Well mazzios pizza failed a good customer. I called the 4444 number , placed my order and told rep thanks and hung up my phone.... Well, 2-3 minutes later I got a call from a mazzio rep who informed me that they don't deliver to my apartment complex. Gofigure!!!!! Anyway mazzios gets a poor review for terrible customer service. I?m extremely unsatisfied with Mazios! I?m a strict Vegan and this is due to my culture and religious beliefs. I attempted to... order penne pasta with marinara sauce. I was willing to pay the price of any meat sauce or any additional ingredients that wouldbe on my order! It?s not about price!! The staff was rude!! It?s not difficult to make what I asked for. It?s pretty sad in thisday and age a business wouldn?t understand vegan eating!! Please educate your staff on different diets and get with the times!!This is super sad!!! Read more

Pizza was ok. Nice folks. Ken's Supreme is *nothing* like the picture. It was like a little toy version of the picture. Crust... was kind of artificial. Pizza was perfectly cooked.
