Service was accurate, quick, and pleasant. Soup and potato were lukewarm and sandwich was not as tasty as usual. Had to request... butter and sour cream after delivery even though the potato I ordered came with sour cream. Eh! Read more
Decent sandwiches and great cookie sandwich things. My biggest gripe is the inconsistent placement of and staffing attention for... online orders. Sometimes they are in the pickup stand and other times buried behind a counter with no attendance of staff. Read more
Went In at 2 pm. Great service, food came put fast and was hot. I always get the chiptole sandwich. They had bbq chips again... haven't had them lately when I go there. My wife got a baked potato. She liked the potato, but it was missing cheese it wassupposed to have and they never apologized for it Read more
I always try to give restaurant staff the benefit of doubt regarding any mistakes. I am patient about the entire experience... because I understand what it is like working in a restaurant and taking food orders. Regardless of past mistakes, I stillreturned to McAlister Deli. Anyway, tonight I will have to say, 'never again'. My husband ordered a veggie spud for me and heasked the man on the phone for no bacon and no onions. Their exchange was on a speaker phone and it seemed positive. When Ireceived the veggie spud meal, it was a lukewarm sloppy mess of cheap melted nacho cheese, soggy tomatoes, and squash, red onionwith dehydrated bacon on the top and mixed under this burnt stale potato. I believe could have received a better meal from abowling alley concession stand. I truly do not recommend McCalister's Deli anymore. Read more
