I went to Zio's today my daughter loved her pepperoni chicken pasta as always. I've going to Zio's since I could order off the... kids menu. I ordered a pizza today, the description was far from what I received, when I asked for a refund 3 times they triedto tell me no ???????? there is no sign inside or online that says no refund, but I now know there is no customer satisfactionguarantee. No visible bacon or onions on the pizza all the topping slid off the pizza on grabbing it out the box. I got arefund. The manager told me as I was leaving to "remember in future they do not give refunds " thought I'd pass that along toothers so they don't have the same experience. ???? Read more
Was well lit with soft glowing lights. The wait was brief to be seated the wait staff was very attentive the food arrived... quickly and boy what a delight DELICIOUS. The bread was good and I enjoyed the herbed oil that came with. My what great timehere the day after Christmas. Read more
My server was Josh - he did a great job! The staff worked as a team, not just at my table, but I noticed it overall... helping... the customers with what they needed and each other. That was pleasant to witness. I did have a bit of a wait but it was due toCoVid & the availability of seating due to social distancing. However, the friendliness of the staff made up for it. The foodwas absolutely amazing! I had salmon...All in all, great food, great prices, attentive staff especially my server Josh. Idefinitely will return! I eat out alone and often am stuck in a corner somewhere in a 2 seater and forgotten about or notchecked on often enough and this was not the case here...super attentive....
