I came through and ordered for doubles and a large order of fries after pain they had me go up to the next window to wait for... them and when they brought it out I noticed that was for burgers and fries so I left when I got home and open the packages theburgers were only singles the package said Mc double with special Instructions but they were singles. Went to McDonalds today. Ordered lg. Caramel iced coffee. A lg. Sprite. They say they are out of sprite and Dr. Pepper. So order... a coke. Get to window. Two employees are fighting. Windows open. A girl and a guy. He was very rude. He started my iced coffeethen sit it down was walking around. Arguing. The young lady he was arguing with ask me what I needed I told her. She made myiced coffee. Visited my neighborhood location tonight. (Gilcrease). When I got to the speaker I sat and waited for a good 3 min before the... young man came on the speaker and rudely said ?Order? I gave my order and he again rudely said ?is that it?? I said yes. Paidthe nice young lady at the first window and when I got to the second window the young man with dark hair glared at me as theyprepared my order, we did not engage in any form of conversation. he handed me my order and as I drove off proceeded to yellprofanities at me. This is a disgrace to customer service - and a bad look for the corporation. Regardless of how busy thebusiness is or how frustrated a worker may be, it is never appropriate to be openly rude and in the end verbally violent to acustomer. Read more

Terrible. Went through the drive thru. Repeated our order 4 times. Got to the payment window and of course it was wrong. Went to... the food window got our food. Got home and order was messed up plain burgers were cheeseburgers that weren't plain. Ordered bigMac meals.. No pickles on one and the pickles on the other ended up outside of the box. Not to mention their wasn't anything onthe 1st layer of mine. Both patties were stuck together on the bottom layer. Nasty! A blind person could've put the big Mactogether better. Poor service. Front counter cashier looked like she didn't like her job. I waited for a 4 piece nugget for almost 30 minutes.
