Worst service ever. I waited in a non existent line for 20 minutes to get my food. When I?m handed my food I ask the manager for... a receipt I pull to the next window and check my order I realize I was given cold soggy fries and I?m missing a part of myorder. A different lady then comes to the window with an attitude asking me what I was wanting. I told I?m waiting on my receiptand I?m missing a part of my order and my the fries in the bag are already cold. She leaves with the attitude and the managerfive minutes later comes back and asked me what I?m waiting on. As soon as we opened the door there was condiments smeared all over the floor, all but one of the kiosks/menu screens were on or... working so we had to pull up the menu online so we could order. Should have been a sign to leave right then. Took a long timefor anyone to show up front and I was met with a very cold "whats your order" and not a single word after that. The lobby hadseveral angry people who apparently had to wait a very long time for their orders or to even be acknowledged and a few peoplementioned it was always like this. Waited almost 20 minutes for our food and when I went up to the counter to verify the ordernumber the lady just said "no" sternly and pulled the bag away from me. There was an empty TV box in the middle of the store, noclean tables, food and trash all over floor. The burgers were so over seasoned that we almost couldn't eat them. Was hoping thislocation being rebuilt would mean improvements but it's shockingly worse than before! McDonald's needs to do some majorimprovements to whoever is running this store and the rude staff up front. Read more

I've had multiple simple issues with getting wrong flavor of drink and/or flat soda. Simple fix I know; but it gets old when it... continues to happen. Taste your drink before leaving!! Read more

I waited for a frappe for 20 minutes there weren't any cars in line when I arrived. All of a sudden I'm asked to pull forward so... I did. Still waiting. I than noticed several cars pull up after me and received their order almost instantly. I'll never go backevery since they've opened back up service has been awful ???? Read more

I would have to say that it definitely wasn't my favorite experience at McDonald's. It took forever for them to even notice us... at the counter and then she got the drink wrong and wanted to argue with me about it. Not very friendly. Read more

I got a basket of fries, which was just right. Don't bother ordering a shake. The machine is always broken. This includes all... the McDonald's in the area. Go to Braums instead. Read more

Seriously concerned with the manger that runs this location. The lady at the front who told me it was her first day on the job... and couldn?t figure out the system. I heard her ask for help 3 different times. No one came. After I was charged completelywrong, she asked the manager if she could refund the difference. I legitimately heard the manager tell her she isn?t doing anyrefunds. Then this cashier had to take my receipt to PROVE that I bought a mocha before I got the order. I don?t know if it?s bcthe lady at the front was a WOC or what but it was absolutely disgusting to watch. Read more

Went thru the drive thru Saturday night 9-3-22. First of all got to the first window and saw kids running around in the kitchen,... then nobody came to the window to collect payment waited about 5 mins. pulled to the next window and told the guy I still had topay and he looked so confused. Gave him my card and the manager rudely came to the window and told me to pull up to the thirdwindow to wait. There was absolutely nobody behind me so I asked to stay there to wait for my card to be returned. She said noand said pull up Please. At that time the guy came back with my card and I pulled up. Got our food and checked it and theymissed a few drinks and a Fry, apparently she forgot to charge me for 2 drinks so instead of ordering 2 more drinks right thereshe said I had to pull around because her drive thru times would be messed up, and I would have to start a new order. This ladymanager is extremely rude and one of the biggest bothers is letting employees kids run around the kitchen. For a brand new placethey will not do good with this lady in charge. Read more
