I usually come here on laundry days and get 2 double cheeseburgers and a cup of ice because I bring my own can soda from... home. Since the beginning of time I?ve never been charged for a cup of ice but today, the lady taking my order charged me forthe cup of ice and rang up a water which cost $.40. Still, I didn?t know water cost anything but am fine with paying for my cupregardless if I get ice or water. But when the lady that took my payment told me my charge, I stated I didn?t want water Iwanted ice and she rang up a water. She argued that they wouldn?t give me water and repeated how much I owed. When I got to thewindow for my food, the lady gave my my bag of food and waited for me to leave. She Didn?t even acknowledge I had a cup of icewith my meal even tho a cup of water was sitting on the counter. So I told her to make sure I got a cup of ice because I wascharged for a water so I want my cup of ice. She was huffy and puffy when giving me what I paid for. I have severe socialanxiety so interactions like this cause me to avoid coming back to locations because I don?t like feeling like I?m a problem forcorrecting what I ordered in the first place. I tried to call them too but it?s not ringing. The call just drops. Whatever tho.I hope to not have another encounter like this over a cup of ice or I just won?t come back. Today I ordered a Big Mac and quarter pounder with cheese. Waited at the window for quite some time then they asked me to pull... ahead said it'll be right out. My order went in at 1:34 p.m. and 1:50 I had still not received it so I went inside to find outwhat the deal was they said it'll be right out explain to them that there's no excuse for this when they're continuing to serveeveryone that was lined up behind me. And I know there had to be more Big Macs and quarter pounder with cheese going out aftermy order was placed. Manager gave me a refund still does not excuse the time which ended up being 134 p.m. to 1:56 p.m. walkingout the door with my sandwiches. Read more
McDonald's really needs to stop doing the double drive through. They just can't figure it out. I get skipped nearly every visit... doesn't, location doesn't matter. I finally just drove away after being skipped three times this morning. Read more
One of the best McDonald's in Tulsa I've been to , I lube by one but will travel to this one because it's so much better and... cleaner and the staff are very friendly and on top of there game , keep up the good work guy's and see you soon ... Read more

(Drive-through is open 24hrs) I just went and surprisingly there was no line in the drive-through! I saw McDonald's has a new... guacamole burger and so I asked the woman for her honest opinion on it. She told me honestly that she had not had it yet becauseshe doesn't like guacamole, and that not many people ordered it, but that it looks decent. I went ahead and took the risk. Sheasked me if I wanted a sesame seed bun or an artisan bun and I asked for the artisan one. After arriving home I was beyondsurprised. My fries were VERY fresh, and the burger looks amazing!! I genuinely did not expect it to be as good as it was. Ithink McDonald's is trying to make up for their bad reputation, and tonight they definitely left a positive impression onme. Tbh, this burger is way better than them what-a-burger one I had earlier today. I took the burger apart for photos for thereview to show what it really looks like. I was glad I did it too, because they left a slice of lime in the burger? Which wouldnot have been yummy to bite into. That's my only critique though. I only give 4 stars in consideration of past experiences. I've had a roller coaster ride with this location, but in the last... year or so they've been consistently pretty darn good. I often find myself saying "this is the best *McDonald's item* I've everhad." I went there a few days ago and MY GOD IT WAS GOOOOODDD I'm telling you, the crew they have right now is superb. TheMcChicken was so good and they actually put lettuce and mayo on it (a lot too) unlike most locations. The Double Quarter Pounderwas seriously the juiciest, most flavorful, tender, and generally delicious one I've ever had. The bun was also so fluffyyummmm. The fries were darn good too, but the nuggets absolutely stole the show. I think they changed their oil recently,because they tasted soooo good. They were SO frickin crispy and delicious. Even their Sprite was on point. Love. Love. Love.Haven't been disappointed by them in a really long time. Read more
