Always have something wrong on my orders or they forget items. Only ordered 1 thing this morning and once again wrong and I was... the only one in line like what?s the excuse now. At this point this location is nothing but a joke. It's your average McDonald's, no complaints. It's fast, usually they are accurate, the food is generally fresh and well... seasoned. Ordering on the app saves time and money, and they are always running deals and specials to cut down your cost evenfurther. It's close to home and sometimes you just need some good greasy burgers or nuggies. Read more
Some who McDonald's never have ice cream. Apparently all McDonald's ice cream machine keeps breaking down at the same time all... over Oklahoma. I think the employees should not be lazy and make what is on the menu. It's not about when you can go home ,because it's a job and your there to do what your job is and if that means making an ice cream cone for a child who has beendeserving and awarded then they should take the time to make it regardless the time. Good and bad experiences here, all dependent on the employees working that day. Usually, they get the order mostly correct and... reasonably fast. Mostly because the food is far from fresh but their microwave is in good working order. Cashiers are usuallyfriendly and accurate in the transaction, but one employee boldly asked to keep my change, because he needed to uber his sickchild to the hospital after his shift, to which, as a single mom, rarely splurging on dinner at Micky D's because I'm too broketo eat out most of the time, so I really didn't want to give away my change, which was approximately $12, and as a parent I wasthinking, "Why the heck does your sick child have to wait for you to get off work at McDonald's to go to the dang hospital???"Because I promise, if my child was needing to go to the hospital, there's no reason good enough to delay them going immediately,even if I had to call an ambulance! So I reluctantly and unfortunately, gave away my hard-earned money to an employee whom Isure didn't actually have a sick child, because even if he was lying, as a parent, I didn't want to take that risk and let a kidsuffer because his parent was too stupid to leave early from his entry-level position at a major fast food chain, or call anambulance, and chose instead to give up my next biweekly trip to McDonald's (because I honestly can't afford to go except maybetwice a month), and therefore hope others will read my post, in case he asks other customers for their change, so they can knowhe is either scamming people, or a horrible parent, which both reasons are good enough to tell a manager instead of giving him apenny. If he's telling the truth, his coworkers can help him out. If he's lying, his manager needs to know what's happening totheir drive-thru customers. 3 out of 5 for this location from a customer of 20+ years. Trust me, it won't ever be 5 out of 5.Ever.
