Manager refused to honor ad on drive thru menu where it STATED "If they do not ask you about your rewards you get a free... cookie." The card machine was down and all they asked was "we are only taking cash" then they proceed with taking our order, Iwanted to use my rewards so we had to start the order over again, we also asked for the cookie. When we arrived to the windowthe drive thru cashier went to Inform the manager and they refused to honor the ad, they said they did ask us about the rewards,then I repeated what they had said and he spoke to someone over his headset only to say "we do not have anymore cookies" when wedrove up to the second window we told the cashier we would leave a review for this and she said the manager had said they are nolonger doing that Ad, we were just lied to repeatedly. Not very professional. I would say remove or cover the Ad, if its nolonger in place, Instead of causing all this despair. Read more
Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's in a long time. TLDR Zero courtesy, 100% lack of care and no sense of keeping the line... moving; I will not be returning to this location and highly recommend that others take their business elsewhere. Arrived at thedrive thru speaker and waited 5-10 minutes before they even acknowledged me. No courtesy while taking my order and when I askedfor the kids' meals to be prepped a certain way I could hear them laughing at me. No order confirmation. Pulled up to pay and nointeraction from the cashier. While waiting for the orders ahead of me to move, I could see the cashier go sit down and taketheir headset off despite there being another 3-4 vehicles behind me waiting for their order to be taken. With only 2 cars aheadof me, it took approx 15-20 minutes to arrive at the take out window. I could see the window attendant goofing off inside withthe manager idly standing by doing nothing. Their excuse for such tardy service was being understaffed but I've worked fast foodand if a team actually cares, it shows. Highly recommend a regional manager make a visit and apply some corrective action. Read more
It wasn't bad. I went after a dentist appointment and thought I would get a shake because I didn't eat before my appointment. My... mouth was mostly numb so I couldn't chew. And if course there ice cream machine wasn't working lol. But I did get a caramelmocha . It was good. Read more
3 times in a row we have got kids meals and requested apples slices with Ranch dipping sauce. 3 times we have failed to get... apple slices or any dipping sauce. Recipes clearly have apple slices listed. Other orders have often have missing items as well.Tired of getting incorrect orders all the time at this location. Make sure to check your bags always here. Me and my friend?s had a sleepover and went to church next morning after we went here it was really tasty the chicken nuggets... were juicy and the chicken sandwich was amazing! Order 1363 10/23/22 Cashier: Sidel Rude cashier. Can't take an order right not even if his life depend on it. Whish to see the... face of the corporate officer who orders at drive tru and see all health code violations on this specific location, the poorcook judgement when it comes to serve a petrified overcook 3 days old hashbrown, and only the elderly employees use hair nets.This place should be reviewed and supervised by Corporate to ensure Hygiene protocols are followed.
