I enjoy a quick meal occasionally but what I don't appreciate is before I even pay the second window person is looking out and... extremely rushed in their body language.(not even busy) Here and bye. (Happened more than one)Coming from management I totallyget it but that behavior puts a bad taste in your mouth and makes a person wanna snatch them out that window. But overall, it'snot always terrible but here at this store it's probably happened 3 out 5 times. Read more

Attempted to order food while waiting and watching staff and management talk and play on their phones however apparently even... the manager was too busy on his phone 3 ft away from me, to even take my order. Just because you have self check out doesn'tmean you don't have a job to to do, which in this case is taking care of your customers with good customer service. I put 2stars because the cooks usually do well preparing the food. Read more

This is one of the better locations food wise but they are way understaffed. I fully get that it's not completely their fault... but they really need to work on getting more employees. 2 employees working dinner rush is not enough. Edit 7-22: they gotbetter until about late june and it's gotten bad again. Long lines, cold food, slow employees. To their credit they rarely screwup my order its just usually cold. Constantly going down hill employees. Rude lazy employees. Sit in the drive thru for 5minutes at the speaker box waiting on the employee. No answer. Drive around the building and they are outside smoking. Go insideto get cold fries. Order from the electronic order board thing. No receipt. Ask employee and he just shrugs and says "unna know"I assume that was "I don't know." I'm done with this awful location. I have given them months to hopefully get it together butnah. I have never called corporate on a store but I think I'm doing it this time. There is something to be said about theconsistency though. Having one bad visit is whatever it happens everywhere but the consistency of being cold food and terriblylazy employees is impressive. At least you know you're gonna get angry going there. I went through the drive through and didn't get my entire order so I went inside to pick it up. I explained the situation and... waited about 15 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers. While waiting, a lady walked in and tried to place an order and the cashierwalked away from her. I had to step in and show her how to use the kiosk and placed her order for her. The food came out okaybut their overall service was less than satisfactory. Everyone inside seemed to be doing the minimum work while chatting insteadof trying to help people. We took our 4yo grandson here after being out shopping all day. We were tired, hungry and he wanted his mommy. Everything was... going great as he sat quietly awaiting his happy meal. After about 7 minutes we finally got our food (which seemed like it tookforever because we were the only customers in the dining room) however, they did not remember his nuggets... so of course he hada meltdown. He'd been patiently waiting and when the food came he didn't get his. So that's why I took off a star. The lady whohelped us seemed kinda rude but there was a language barrier so I didn't really know how to to take her. Read more

The rudest drive thru people ever. I go here in the morning and evening about once a week...and it's young kids that have no... manners. Like they don't want to be there. They don't speak to u period. Atleast wish us a good day when u give us our foodand credit card back instead of "uh huh" or "no problem" when I say thank you! Read more

The food is almost always good. The problem with the 71st and Yale location is that they almost never give you everything you... order! When I am paying for a meal, I expect to receive the whole meal! If the employees want to continue to leave food that ispaid for out of the bag, there should be an option for a refund through the app or something. Most of us are headed to work anddon?t have time to turn around and go back or even check the bag before we leave. We trust that the workers will do their job!!Today is the last day that I will give my money to the 71st and Yale location! Read more
