This is the worst McDonalds ever! I took my nephew inside we had to wait just to get our order taken. No one would come to the... front desk for almost 20 minutes we got our order. I asked for ranch dressing they gave me one and I asked for a second ranchdressing and they refused to do so unless I paid $.27. I asked why I have to pay when I have chicken nuggets and they said thatI was a Karen and turned around and walked away the managers name. Maria was very rude and so was her associate that wasworking. They made the icy for the happy meal first and let it sit there when I asked for the ignored me it was halfway waterdown by the time we got our food. I do not appreciate being called a Karen because I asked for a second ranch to go with myMcNuggets for my nephew and they laugh and talk about you while you?re standing there. Went thru drive thru at 11:40pm on Sept 25th I order a number 1 med with a water to drink Number 7 med with a coke to... drink Large fry with a med coke The guy taking the order couldn?t get the order right to save his life. He kept adding anumber 10 to the order or doubling up the number 7 and after repeating the order 7 times and still not getting it right hedecided I was the bad guy for getting frustrated with him. He passed me onto the manager who told me to come to the firstwindow. I got to the first window and there was the manager standing there with her hands in her pocket looking full of attitudethinking I?m the bad guy. I told her our order and tried to explain myself to her and she didn?t want to hear anything. Couldn?tcare Great way for your employee to be and even better how your manager was. Give me a break!! Mexican women as managers...Not a issue until you ask for extra mild sauce. They are extremely petty. I will be turning them... into corporate office. They will talk to you poorly and say bad words in Spanish as if I don't speak Spanish. They areunprofessional as well. For them to come from a different country and probably not have citizens ships to be in America, youwould think that they would want to be more respectful and show good some hospitality. Read more
I will never come to this McDonald?s again, because we found a penny in are food and they accused us of putting it in there... ourselves and laughed in our faces. Then my friends meal had stale cookies and chicken nuggets instead of cheeseburger and wewill not be returning. Read more
They took 20 minutes for a simple order when there was nobody else in line, except potentially the drive-thru, which wasn't... completely busy the whole time. For all of this, the only kind of discount that we got was that THEY HAD REMOVED BACON from myson's BACON QUARTER POUNDER with cheese (but of course we paid for it with bacon because that's what we wanted). They alsodidn't give us the drink cups, we had to ask for them and even then had to tell how many. The bathrooms were excessively dirty,with sticky floors, toilet paper, and dirty toilets with some kind of stain or other debris that wouldn't flush out. The tablesweren't cleaned either. The receipt printer was low on ink, printing faded tickets. The lady who was at the table next to ussaid that it took three attempts to fully cook her burger, and that she had said no cheese due to allergies and they simplyremoved the cheese from an already prepared cheeseburger, leaving some pieces still melted to it and she had to send it back,getting a raw burger instead. I don?t usually complain about this type of stuff but wow. That was the most annoying drive through experience I?ve maybe ever... had. The person taking my order seemed annoyed ?is that it? after every single item. I ordered ?a 2b with a coke?. Noticed therewere no fries in the bag. Got told I should?ve specified it was a combo. What? Asking for a combo number with a coke isn?tenough anymore? And they couldn?t be bothered to just toss me some fries or let me even buy them there. Then I get home and Idon?t even have a coke. It?s diet or something else completely terrible. Like a mistake here or there is whatever but that wasjust a complete disaster that shouldn?t have been. Read more
Horrible customer service. The language barrier makes it very difficult. They always get my order wrong. They?re rude. Save your... money and go a block down the street to 81st and Mingo and go to that McDonald?s. It?s so much better and we never have anyissues. That would also explain why that McDonald?s locations drive-through is always way busier as well. I would have giventhem zero stars if I could. Read more
I simply ordered 2 spicy mc chickens with cheese only and 1. 20pc nuggets. I got everything correct except my 2 mc chickens... that were made with everything on them. I AM ALLERGIC TO MAYO !!!!! The Fact that they don?t listen to what I order iswrong. You have one simple easy job. Read more
