For the first time in all my years of going to this restaurant, it was not enjoyable. The meal was poorly cooked, vegetables... were supposed to be pan-seered, but they were burned. I could hardly cut into my meat. They took my meal off my ticket, but Iwould have rather had a nice meal with my family. My waitress was nice, but struggled to manage more than 1 table. Probably willnot return for at least a year to give them time to revamp and work out kinks. Read more

Went here for a baby shower. Got there at 11 and the place was really dirty. Bathrooms were just being cleaned, floor was not... clean, tables in the area where we sat had not been wiped from the night before, etc. Chips we got were not cooked all the way,so they were chewy. We love going to OTB on 71st in Tulsa for the great food, but even more so for our favorite server, Mr. Tony. He treats us like... family and is especially sweet to our little girl. He remembers what we like no matter how long it's been since our last visitand is always friendly and upbeat. Read more

Service sucked the bartender was our server and she only came to our table maybe 3 times didn?t even take our order someone else... did then when my kids food didn?t come as it was supposed to they said they will half price the food they only took $0.20 off wealso had to return a drink back to the bar because it was weak and wasn?t going to pay $28.00 for. I only had one Dr Pepper norefills my husband got a beer and never was asked again if he wanted another. Not to mention they was slow and most of theirtables where dirty when we got there they had to clean a table for us. On a roll here in Tulsa with the less than stellar reviews. It?s a chain so you should know what to expect food wise. Similar... situation to across the street?just way understaffed. Not much you can do in the current environment. I will say the bartenderI had (she seemed to be covering the whole place) was super nice and responsive when she was at the bar. Food was ok.
