Pana's is a Venezuelan food truck next to the Rocket Brothers on 61st & Mingo. I had never been, so naturally I ordered too... much food to try multiple things. First, an appetizer called tequeños. They're similar to a mozzarella stick but shorter andfatter and the breading is lighter a crispier, much more cheese! They were amaaazing Next, an arepa of course! I got carneasada and I got it fried, because this is still Oklahoma. It was delectable. The meat was delicious and tender and the sauce wasperfect Finally, the Teque burger. Aptly named such because in place of buns were larger square shape tequeños! So this waskind like a burger with grilled cheese buns, but way better. It's massive too. My first bite was mostly the tequeño, nocomplaints there. But the more I kept eating it the better it got! Next was something sweet- I wasn't sure at first, but then Irealized it had maduros on it! Very interesting. I've had burgers with pineapple rings so this wasn't too strange. The sweetnessplayed well with the unctuous, savory flavors of the rest of the burger. Speaking of, the rest of the burger had beef, cheese,bacon, guacamole, lettuce, and a fantastic sauce. The beef patty was seasoned and I could tell could hold its own as atraditional burger itself. The bacon was also quality. All together, this was a massive explosion of flavors. It was so big Icouldn't finish it, and I can't say that often. Go check out these fantastic people ASAP! Read more
This the candy burger with fried banana. Had it with goat cheese instead of blu cheese. This is a top notch burger. It is a food... truck but has covered seating and clear plastic to block the wind. This is a must try place. Read more

These burgers are PHENOMENAL!!! My husband & I both got burgers (comes with fries) & 2 drinks, & the total was $25. They are... FILLING! The burgers are HUGE! It?s SUCH a peaceful area even though it?s close to the road!! The employees are super nice &attentive! Even on a Sunday at 8, the patio area was full except for 2 tables! It IS all outside seating, with a canopy covering80% of the tables. Read more
Pana?s is the best burger for your bucks in the state!! OTG!!!! The burgers are all HUGE and delicious AF.. and only $10 w/... fries!!!!!!! I?ve never been less than impressed with anything I?ve ordered here. *NOTE* - Pana?s is a food truck with outdoorseating so if the weather is unbearable (welcome to Tulsa!) call in or get it to go.. it?s just as amazeballs!
