But just be cautious because they will basically try to charge you for more by asking "what else" and... after that I've already spent more than I had wanted but you have to keep track of your order or they will abuse their powerlike any other corporation. Just moved by this location. Ordered a plate with half/half on noodles and rice, Beijing beef, and orange chicken. Ordered... another plate of chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, and honey sesame chicken. Side of two orders off cheese Rangoon. Food wasdelicious as I expected it would be. Tasted fresh and delicious. Went on 10/06 and ordered 2 bowls via the app to pick up and take home. Made it home and had one bowl correct, but the other... bowl was just a duplicate of the first instead of what we ordered. I filled out the survey on the receipt that night andrequested follow up. I didn?t hear from anyone so about 10/8, I filled out the contact form on the website and requested followup. This morning (10/10 at 10:33 am) I decided I?d waited long enough and called the store. I was told the manager wasn?t thereyet but that the manager would have to look up the receipt and check the security cameras to help. I offered to send in thephotos I took of our food and receipt and they said they?d still have to review footage. That sounds excessive to me butwhatever. I asked for a call back and was told the manager may be too busy to call so to call later. I just called about 2:30and no one answered with no voicemail option. I also called again at 4:07 and no answer. I paid for food I did not get and willnow likely have to charge back my card for this. The time, frustration, and money is all a loss here. Read more
Please give Reyna a RAISE! She is spectacular and works very hard to figure out any way she can help take care of the customer... and her restaurant, she clearly takes much pride in her work and is very talented. The employees always do a great job for me,but especially after a particularly crazy incident in the restaurant one evening this week with an inebriated guest that refusedto leave and then became violent. Management did what they could to help their patrons in the moment, the gentleman left shortlythereafter. A day later I spoke over the phone with the manager on duty about the incident, Reyna, she was professional,helpful and informative. What's more, she truly cares for people as was obvious in her voice and demeanor. When employees managethat sort of situation with such grace we should take notice and take aim, for our own sakes, to try on for size something theyclearly understand in their the bones. Treated our staff to Panda Take Out and we were all very very satisfied. I just wish this location had teriyaki chicken as it is... my favorite entre! But i still enjoyed my Double Order of Orange Chicken! Read more
Ordered dinner for family, big mistake!! As you see pictured the egg rolls were burnt and over cooked. Everything else was dried... out and cold. It appears this was leftovers from the day before that was refried and warmed in the microwave. It was horriblefor $65. I?ve had an issue with this location once before this time, missing food from my order that was fully paid. Well guesswhat? They will never get a dime of my money again and I suggest checking your food before you leave, but stay very clear ofordering through delivery which was the best part of the order. One of my favorites restaurants here in town. Very delicious food. Loved the Kung Pao they serve here, its delicious. The orange... chicken gets a four could be better it was somewhat bitter but still not very bad. Fried rice was ok. Chow Mein was great it wasawesome. Brocoli beef was also very good I'd rate it with a five. Price was very accesible I thought it was not expensive atall. I will sure comeback. Read more
