Jackie Is by far the worst manager. Snooty and smug. Treats employees awful from what I've collected. Will not be coming in when... she's on shift. Should be demoted. EDIT: went in to get food and a drink only to see that the same manager (Jackie) Not doingher job whilst Yelling at someone else to do theirs. Young employee cried in bathroom. Manager is completely LAZY and Has aNASTY attitude towards customers and employees. Appears that there is favoritism as well. Read more

It was ok. Not my selection. So I got the pepperoni pizza. It reminded me of cafeteria pizza from elementary school. But the... cool thing is they had Ice Coffee available at the self serving drink station. Good tasting coffee at that!! Read more
This is the first and only time I will ever order from this place. Huge restaurant, NO customers, 4 to 6 employees but NO ONE... greeted me or asked if I needed help. I stood in front of one of four cash registers for several minutes while staff made eyecontact with me but continued to ignore me and play on their phones. Finally placed my order and was not offered a choice ofsides. Took 15-20 minutes to make a soup bread bowl with literally no other customers. I received old, dry, tasteless pastriesas well. When my order was ready I heard my name called but could not find where it was coming from. Passed someone walkingaround on their phone, they noticed me walking around aimlessly and said, ?it?s over there? I assumed they meant the counter soI walked up to it where another member of the staff was standing. They never made eye contact with me but after a minute Inoticed a small table with a bag on it. There was no signage indicating where to pick up orders (except for online orders)Luckily that was my order. Received a half-filled 4oz cup of soup. $15 for a few bites of soup (which I just know wasProgresso), hard tasteless bread, and old pastries. First time going into this Panera and it was the worst experience i had. Order my food and the cashier was rude rush me to... order. Once done she went to the lobby and sat down with a friend. guess it was her lunch break. i order a whole green goddesssalad, 2 bagel, a chicken sandwich and two green passion to go. once i received my order, i did not open the bag, drove to do mylaundry and notice no forks, no cream cheese for bagel and the salad was half not whole. was not going to drive 15 mins back toget forks and cream cheese and get the right order. Easy to order, respectful, helpful staff members. A delightful experience. Good food. My son got the teriyaki broccoli bowl... with a chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich. I got the flat bread pepperoni and sausage with a bowl of cheddar and broccoli soup.Delicious Read more
