Don?t waste your lunch break here. I ordered Lo Mein to go, in person. It wasn?t busy there yet. I noticed 10 minutes later that... a lot of people were frustrated cause they had called in orders but they weren?t bagging any of the food. I waited 30 minutesand nothing came out for me. I finally asked for an ETA, they said soon. I asked them for a refund and they agreed andapologized. When I left I saw a person who ordered before me was still waiting for their food. I ordered The firecracker chicken and the sauce was good the portion was small and it's in a little Basketball and honestly it... was not worth the money. I would rather go to bricktown brewery or some other place if I'm gonna spend that much money and bringout my kids to come as well. Will not be coming back. Ordered burbon chicken with fried rice. The sauce tasted watered down and the rice was crunchy. Also ordered lettuce wraps and... the filling just tasted burnt and the lettuce was rotten. Not going back. Read more
I've learned to have low expectations when going to some chain restaurants. And I was right about this place I ordered something... called pan pan noodles and two spring rolls and a drink the total came to $18.38 when I got was a 8 inch plastic plate ofspaghetti noodles covered with an extremely gooey sticky concoction of vegetables and chop nuts with a few shredded cucumbers ontop the spring rolls were very small and barely above room temperature. Plastic forks paper napkins in self-service soda forwhat I paid I would expect larger portions and a nice shirt dining experience this place was like going to a Taco Bell I had twobites of my noodle dish and couldn't take anymore it was flavorless I've had the texture of glue I took it back and theyrefunded my money so at least that was something they're much better options for Asian food until so don't waste your time ormoney at this place. Yeah, it was okay. We used to have a Pei Wei in our hometown, but they all closed. We were excited when we found this location... for dinner. Pandemic Pei Wei is very different than I remember. Everything is now disposable, which I get. The experience wasn?twhat I remembered from other locations in the past. The kids portions had maybe 4-5 small pieces of chicken with a lot of riceor noodles which surprised me. The flavor was nice and the service okay. I like it more than most Asian quick servicerestaurants. It?s nice to have in the mix if you are looking for something to mix it up. Read more
I like Pei Wei in general. I feel it's a step up over other Chinese fast food. Each meal is made to order and not part of some... huge buffet line. Lots of good choices. Food is delivered straight to your table from the grill. This location is clean and hasnot been overly busy the two times we've gone. Overall good experience by everyone who went. Read more
My compliments to the chef every time I order the spicy Korean beef no cauliflower with noodles instead of ri ce, add shrimp is... always the best. Just the right amount of spice and meaty and delicious. I eat here alot! Lol. Read more
Hungry between taking someone to doctor appointments. Hadn't been to a Pei Wei in a few years. I had really missed it. Was... delighted that it was right down the street from the next appointment. They were not in the least bit busy. Was reallydisappointed in my food. I ordered the chicken dumplings. Unfortunately, they don't taste real good when they are cold. I atethem because there wasn't enough time to redo the order before we had to leave. Might be a while before I go back. Read more
