Been going here for 10+ years and I just wish the whole experience was like it used to be. The food is inconsistent. The wait... time at this specific location is literally a joke (45+ minutes) and you might as well forget about receiving the extra proteinyou paid for, you?ll just receive the regular amount every single time, which I might add, is inconsistent as well. I order take out waited an hour for it .. got home fried rice some of it was in clumps stuck together end up throwing most of it... away...teriyaki chicken tasted like orange chicken...an it wasn't much of it they gave me Never go there again. We received a gift card for UberEATS for Christmas, so was deciding where to use it. We had never used that service before. We... decided to use it at Pei Wei. We don't live very far, so I decided to pick up to avoid delivery cost. It was fast as efficient.I wasn't sure if I was supposed to just take off shelf or not, so I waited to ask a worker. So pre Covid I rated this place 4 stars and we loved to come here and get chicken lettuce wraps. Today it was horrible. Lettuce... wraps were not the same no flavor, very watery. Our food came out and the chicken and veggies were hot but the fried rice wascold. The manager had our food remade and it was hot this time but it was just not good. Reminded me of a frozen Chinese fooddinner. Store was not clean no clean tables when we came into the almost empty store. Had to have employee wipe down a table andthat was the only one she did. I know pei wei is good, the staff worked hard it just didn't come out right. I'm only leaving 2 stars for my most recent visit.... I have had good experiences there before just not last time. Read more
