Called The Pizza Inn 3 hours ahead of time and when we got there we had to wait 10 minutes even though it said it was ready.

I ordered a pizza and it never showed up. Called them and they said they would send another one out. My grandson and I waited... for 2 hours to eat and they never delivered my pizza. I called and got the main office. The lady said she would give me $15 offree food. I declined. I will never use pizza hut again. Now I have to take my grandson out in the cold so we can eat.
