Very rude kitchen staff I place an order for curbside waited 10 minutes for my order walked inside and when I finally got the... attention of the girl behind the counter that was just talking to her co worker she stated that " excuse me all you have to dois push the I'm here button and we'll bring it to you" and I told her I did and have been waiting for 10 minutes so thank you. This is the 4th time with the same clerk, I get off of work late and I stand in line for nearly 10 min before he comes over to... the register. I try to purchase a buzz ball and by the time he gets to me it's too late. No wonder why the QuikTrip stores getrobbed. The ones closest to me cut off early and this guy takes his sweet time in a store called QuikTrip. With him here nothingquick about it. I'd rather go out of my way than to continue at this location. Yesterday morning, I stood there with my redbull and bai drinks on the counter after waiting in line like everyone else and... Ryan, a cashier, looked at me and helped several others behind and to the side of me. I actually had to ask to be checked out. Iasked another cashier if he would check me out when he finished with his customer. He did and was very nice about it. I can'tbelive I had to ask to be checked out. Read more
It?s a decent QT. Be careful on weekends at night because many car/motorcycle groups will meet here & it?s loud. The pumps are... kind of far from store too. But there is a lot of parking area & pumps!! Read more
The staff who work the registers here are very efficient, so even when it's busy you don't wait long in line. It always seems... well staffed somehow even with the worker shortage. I get breakfast here when I'm in town, usually tacos, and they've alwaysbeen good. Read more
The only reason I'm giving this a 2 is because of the transients. The store is great, employees are great. Good selection of... products. Be prepared to be accosted with sob stories from your car to the store and back though. Even the employees will warnyou about them. I was aggressively asked for money from 3 different people both times I had to go there for gas. Avoid if youcan or be prepared to deal with beggars. Read more
Just ordered a breakfast croissant from here. Pretty simple order: sausage croissant, add bacon. In which I paid extra for. Once... I placed the order, the "we'll have that right out for you" was a blatant facade. Not only was the conversation the employeeswere having very uninteresting. The abomination of my un-assembled sandwich was just sitting out there on the counter, gettingcold. As I stood there waiting, I was not acknowledged, nor did I see any effort to make this trip "quick". Once I get tounwrapping this probably healthier breakfast treat, there was no sausage or cheese. Which I'm pretty sure a sausage croissantshould come with sausage. Cheese is just a given, I mean after all, this is America. Their staff is always kind. I've ordered lunch from the kitchen probably 50 times, and they very seldom take more than ten... minutes, and are always cheerful. Today, the young lady named Alicia was disappointed she was unable to provide jalapenos (permy order). She offered the fried ones, or a free drink, and I politely declined. What struck me was that she wanted sooooo badlyto deliver an excellent experience. It would have been way easier to just hand me the wrap, and hope I didn't notice.
