The greeter was nice, our waitress wasn't good, we had to ask for biscuits/refills and didn't tell us about our ticket. It had a... weird smell which was similar enough to a dirty bathroom that I wanted to leave but my party chose to stay. I assume it was thedirty water the lobsters were in... food was great. Out freaking standing. Logan is a go to guy for waiters! The food was hot ready there in a timely manner. Nothing negative to... say. Drinks never made it more than half empty. We had even a little party there and Logan was more than just an exceptionalwaiter very personable Read more

We ended up coming to this location because the other Red Lobster was out of chicken tenders.. But we are certainly very happy... we did come to this one instead! The food was delicious and the staff members were just as awesome! They got with us as soon aswe walked in and they kept us updated during the whole process, letting us know how much longer and making sure we didnt needanything else. Definitely will be returning! Maybe I went on the wrong day. Food was old and service was bad for me. This location use to be good before the fire. Maybe... it’s just me but I don’t like driving up to the restaurant and seeing the waiters out front smoking. I know Red Lobster hasenough money to get you guys a nice smoke area away from the front. I order the fish sandwich with fries it was good but i was still hungry after i was done eating. My husband hated the fish and... chips. He said it was too thin of a fish with way too much fried batter. He said if yall are going to do it that way put morefish on the plate. I made an order for my kids and i though all kid meals come with fries and i guess they don't. My child hadthe chicken tender kids meal with no fries so i gave my child some of mine. Although my other child had the Mac and cheese. Itwas delicious and my child loved it! Read more

It's back. Endless Shrimp 2021. The ad hit my Facebook page and I realized I had not been to Red Lobster in years. Cleared my... schedule and headed there for lunch on Monday. Not particularly busy but staffing shortages being what they are in 2021 myserver did an excellent job A++. Cheddar biscuits. They are as good as I remember. Light and fluffy with Great Flavor. SideChef salad. Lettuce was fresh. Came overloaded with croutons and cheese...ratios were off but that's just personal preference asI personally know people who like it that way. 4 shrimp options this year. Ranking them from worst to best. 4. Grilled shrimpskewers. Shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. Lacking in flavor. Give it a hard pass. 3. Shrimp scampi. I was genuinely shockedand how mediocre this was. Absent was a robust punch from the garlic or citrus overtones from some squeezed lemon over theoffering. I have literally had better frozen scampi from Sam's club. A couple of pieces were definitely not on the fresher sidebut the rest were ok. 2. Breaded fried shrimp. This was just ok. On par with most fast food seafood outlets. Crunchy exteriorand moist shrimp on the inside. 1. Coconut shrimp. And finally the star of the show appears. Breaded and fried with coconutslivers and the sweet dipping sauce. Exactly as I remember. Final thoughts. Was the place anything special. No. Prettypedestrian experience but a great place to get shrimp in large quantities while endless Shrimp is being promoted....if you arenot too picky. Read more
