Our family was traveling through and Tulsa was going to be our stop for dinner. Bad choice as it was filthy and smelled of... mildew and grease. The host didn't say anything as we entered other than if we want a table or booth. I was unfortunately verydisappointed as Red Robin is one of my favorite places. We haven't been to Red Robin in years but we had a gift card. Our waitress Amanda was great, not overly hovering, but there when... we needed her. Bottomless fries were as advertised. There are a couple things wrong with this location. The service is almost non existent from the moment you walk through the... door. It took 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to greet us at 5:45pm in an almost empty restaurant. There was not alack of staff, as we saw plenty of employees wandering the kitchen/prep area. The smell inside the restaurant was of old greaseand dirty fryers. We were finally seated and not one of those servers came to wait upon us. We decided to leave. We drove to theBA location, as my son had his heart set on Red Robin for his birthday. Entirely different experience. Dedicated hosts andwonderful service. No grease smell.
