There are a couple things wrong with this location. The service is almost non existent from the moment you walk through the... door. It took 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to greet us at 5:45pm in an almost empty restaurant. There was not alack of staff, as we saw plenty of employees wandering the kitchen/prep area. The smell inside the restaurant was of old greaseand dirty fryers. We were finally seated and not one of those servers came to wait upon us. We decided to leave. We drove to theBA location, as my son had his heart set on Red Robin for his birthday. Entirely different experience. Dedicated hosts andwonderful service. No grease smell. This was not our first poor experience at this (Riverside) location. It seems to be steadilydeclining in all ways possible. Read more

Our family was traveling through and Tulsa was going to be our stop for dinner. Bad choice as it was filthy and smelled of... mildew and grease. The host didn't say anything as we entered other than if we want a table or booth. I was unfortunately verydisappointed as Red Robin is one of my favorite places. So this will be a first and last here in OK. Read more

We haven't been to Red Robin in years but we had a gift card. Our waitress Amanda was great, not overly hovering, but there when... we needed her. Bottomless fries were as advertised. We both had Fried chicken salad. It was very fresh with plenty left over fordinner. Overall I'd give it another try. It's a little pricey $41 for 2. Read more

Food was delicious and came out pretty fast! Our waiter was also super friendly and helped us with some menu questions since it... was our first time. Highly recommend! Such a great experience all around! Read more

Ordered the new brisket burger. They said this is 2 ounces of brisket, but you can clearly see it is not. Worse visit ever.

Great food great service lots of fries I filled my drink up like four times without even a problem love this place. Returned 6... months later. Service was horrible. WATER to take our order 20 minutes after we sat down. The girl taking orders has her pantspulled just enough to see a nasty whitish thong above her pant line. Not good. Lost 2 stars! Fries were good. Burger is smallerand meat is thinner. Not that good tasting meat. Not worth 13 bucks! Carl's Jr has this beat on taste now??!! Lost one morestar Read more

I tried the Impossible Burger on the Whiskey BBQ burger with zucchini fries. It was a big, two handed, unlock your jaw feast. ... Zucchini fries, while likely fried, still tout a lower calorie count than other options and are delicious. Red Robin must be asecret weapon of Tulsa parents wanting a great meal while still satisfying the palates of both younger kids and teens. Manywere happily distracted by the electronic devices on the tables, giving many parents a bit of peace while still enjoying adelicious meal. Service was impeccable so only one point off because it was not clear on the menu that substitution of theImpossible Burger incurs an added charge. Read more

Seated at dirty table. Staff didn't know the phone app. No lemon available for water. Expensive alcoholic drinks. Burgers... sound great on menu but taste is underwhelming. Checkout is unnecessarily complicated. No receipt from device printer. Thisestablishment is not recommended. No manager on duty. Read more
