Ordered online and had my order cancelled less than 30 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered with no explanation.... Called the store and she told me to resubmit the order, which I did, which was also cancelled. Called again, and the manager hadno intent on helping me without an attitude. One can never go wrong at Rib Crib. At least I can't.....but, when ordering the Dirty Deed, I asked my server if I could... substitute hot links for the regular sausage links that come with the dish. I was told they couldn't do that. I don't mindpaying an extra dollar or two for the hot links if it's a question of food cost. The option should be available for those thatprefer hot links. Out of meats 30 minutes before they close- no chicken, brisket, Turkey, hot links and bologna. Guy sounded irritated I called to... even do a pick up order.(Chris) Totally understand they close at 9, but MANY people arrive at restaurants to eat at that time. Read more

What can I say, the food is so good at Rib Crib any location you visit. The service at this location was excellent. The waitress... was helpful and friendly. They were out of sausage and we asked to substitute for it, but the combo we wanted is the only onethat it isn't allowed lol. Still it was an excellent lunch with plenty to take home for later. The St Louis ribs were so good! Tender and meaty! All the right flavours, not too pricey for a good meal of ribs. I like how the... waitresses are a mixture of all sizes and ages! Way to go! Read more
I enjoyed the food especially the chessy fries. The atmosphere was wonderful.
