Food was awful! I made the mistake on Door Dash and chose this Chinese restaurant instead of the one I normally eat from and it... was a BIG mistake. Just to outline the garbage food they sent me and how they handle customer service//request: 1) My beefentree was almost all onion with a few slivers of beef here and there. Also, the onions were soggy and burnt. 2) The creamcheese wontons were rock solid and burnt. You could break a bone with one of them. 3) my last hope was the egg roll and it wasburnt and old on one side and soggy on the next. 4) Portion VS PRICE is pathetic 5) My door dash drive was kind to make surethat I had the extra duck sauce and the man told him he could not give me anymore. AWFUL customer service. I got 4 packets ofrandom sauces and 2 duck sauce. 6) Last, their cheap plastic container and sloppiness cause the food to leak. The ONLYpositive thing about my heart experience with this place is my Door Dash Driver Ben who was a rock star so much that I left himan extra $10 under the door mat. Don't waste your money. This is the cream cheese wontons, every single one, for $6, meanwhile egg roll chef is right around the... corner and gives you 12 fully stuff ones for 3.99. Their sushi is about $13 which is fine other than you can't taste any proteinbecause it's loaded with the cream cheese that should've been in the wontons. Read more
Food is made fresh to order , and the price is good for the serving size. The serving staff is wonderful and helpful . The decor... is nice and it is evident they strive to keep the front of house clean and well maintained. I also peaked into the kitchen andit looked clean and tidy. I definitely will be returning to try other dishes. Read more
The food is always fantastic and I love that they are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Like my favorite... meal is House Egg Foo Young that is no longer on the menu, always they make it for me and never give me a hard time. The ladybehind the counter really takes the time to get to know her customers. I may go 2 months without ordering and walk in the doorand she knows exactly who I am and my order. Quantity size is very fare for the price. The only complaint I guess I would bebeing incredibly disappointed that they did away with all free food coupons by what you spent with them. Read more
