I get coffee here on most weekdays. The coffee is fine. I always order a sweetened coffee, so it's my fault, but it's usually... just a tad TOO sweet. I used to go to Mcdonald's every morning, but I moved to this area and there's not one on my drive to workanymore so I stop here, but I must say that there isn't anything about it that stands out. It's the only drive thru coffee shopin the area and that's the only reason I go. If there was something else nearby I would go there instead because, while thecoffee is fine, the food is garbage. Every sandwich is thrown together sloppily and the cheese is usually on the outside of thesandwich by the time I make it to work (all melts out) and there are weird spots that are overcooked, like when you leave asandwich in the microwave too long (really hard and inedible). I've tried several things on the menu and have given it chanceafter chance, but it's just not good. I'll continue to go here as long as it's my only option, but right now the nice ladieswho work there and the lack of options are the only reason I keep going back Read more

Stopped here to pick up a couple a drinks to surprise my friend because she loves this place. After charging me, they told me... they ran out of product to make the drinks. After explaining that These are not for me and I?d just prefer a Refund, not asingle person in the shop knew how to do this. I basically paid them $15 to make me wait in the Walmart parking lot next dooronly for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Read more

I love Scooters, but I am extremely disappointed at this location. I arrive this morning at 7:12. The "open" sign wasn't on, but... most of the time I go it's not on. I've reminded them at least two times very recently to turn on their "open" sign. I sit inthe drive thru and there were at least 3 other cars in the drive thru. I went out of my way to go to this location specificallyand was very looking forward to my turtle blender to get me through my work day. I called this location a few minutes ago andwas informed that they decided to open at 8 today due to lack of communication.***If you have it posted that you open at acertain time, you should make sure an employee is there to open. Actually pretty disappointed... I used my loyalty points to get a free Matcha latte and it is so hot it scorched the matcha,... leaving me with a dark green drink that burnt my tongue and just taste like hot milk. Pretty sad about this one. Read more

I'm a regular. As soon as they see me crossing the street from where I work they have my order put in sometimes. They always... talk a bit to me about my day if they have time. They always are friendly. They always have smiles on their faces. I've neverhad a problem. I love scooters.?????? Well this location. I've gone to others and was treated rudely. Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 cups of brewed coffee and 2 $4 sandwiches and it was $22. I went to the brand new... location on Peoria. They obviously don't know how to charge people. I told her she was charging me wrong. It should only cost 60cents or however much they charge for a flavor of syrup in a brewed coffee. She tried to tell me that 4 pumps would be 60 centsper pump. Basically trying to charge me almost $5 to add flavor to my cup of coffee. I informed her I've gone to other scootersbefore and I'm only charged one time no matter how many pumps of syrup I get. She argued with me again and said that she wrungme up for latte's because if she rang me up the other way it would've cost me almost $40. Please tell me why 2 cups of coffeewould cost almost 40 bucks? I called other scooters locations and I was informed that I was charged completely wrong. I'mextremely upset and will never go back to the new location. They need some Serious help on training the employees how to chargepeople. Read more
