Upon entering, my wife and I stood at the front for nearly 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Several servers, the... bartender and someone who seemed to be the manager walked past us without saying a word. They weren?t seemingly very busy. Wewere finally seated in the bar area & received water and chips (no salsa) We sat there for 20 MINUTES and nobody came to takeour order. I finally got up and approached who I thought was the manager and told him that we had been sitting for a long timeand no one had introduced themselves as our server, or tried to take our order. This manager was very rude, acted irritated thatI even had anything to say, and walked to table and picked up chips and said, ?Well who brought this then? He is very busy.?Never apologized for the wait or the poor guest service. As a restaurant manager myself, I would never speak to a guest or treatthem the way this gentleman treated my wife and I. We got up and walked out and will not be returning. I was completelydumbfounded that this was the service we received, and from a manager. I know everyone is dealing with staff shortage, but thatis no excuse. We were ready to order when we sat down and should have been given the chance when water was dropped. I have beenin the past and never had an issue. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and instead were met with unacceptable serviceand behavior. He made it seem like it was our fault for even walking in the door. This manager needs to be educated on guestservice. Read more
