I have not tried Simple Simon's in a long long time but today I found out they rock it was so good the pizza was made perfectly... with tons of hot melty cheese a calzone that was so full of greatness and soft! The chicken bacon ranch Sandwiche with greenpepper and onion is the best sandwich I've had in years everything was perfect we couldn't even get mad about them forgettingthe 2 liter of Pepsi lol!! We placed an order tonight with a young gentleman for 3 large pizzas and two alpine breads;he must've misheard us because we was... short one alpine bread. The issue was the young lady that answered the phone when we called to ask if we was charged for twoalpines. She was very rude when we was trying to ask what we was charged for because we didn't have a receipt. She becamedefensive and short with us when we was trying to ask a simple question; She has no customer service skills and should stick tocutting the pizzas. Read more
The pizza was delicious, loved it. The customer service wasn't super. We intended to dine-in, but it was about 45 minutes til... close. When we walked in, we were not greeted, just stared at, felt like we were intruding. So we ordered it to go. Might goback if we in the area, but not if it's too late in the day. Read more
The food and the customer service was pretty good my only problem is that the young lady swiped my card twice and insisted there... was a problem with the card when in fact it was operator error.she cleared up the problem but she had to hit my car twice to doit. Read more
