Good - **** Nashville Hot Wings are always my favorite. I couldnt resist the flavor of nashville sauce. So today I got a deal... from Smashburger where there was a coupon for 33% off. Went to the store and ordered scorching hot wings along with blue cheesedressing and spicy chipotle mayo (I have taken pictures from different angles to show really how it looks.) I ordered a $10 Chicken Cobb salad and instead of the usual size that I can split into two lunches, they gave me this small side... salad to go box. I have a smash burger next to it for scale. They also forgot to include any dressing. The large sweet potatofries are also usually overflowing out of the box so we can share one, but this one was about 2/3 full. Worst smash burger ever. The whole chain is going down hill fast, but this one takes it to a whole new level. Waited over 20 min... to even be acknowledged. Staff just left the trash can outside the stall. Rude cashier. I walked out without ordering. Read more

We came for a fundraiser and the staff acted irritated that we ordered food. There was 1 person in the dining room eating so... they weren't busy. Definitely got the impression that they did not want to make food for us. Save yourself the drive and eat atlocal places instead. Read more

It seems like either the Owners aren?t here very often or management isn?t trained well or just not expected to uphold very high... standards. We stopped by for a late lunch today and the place was a mess (and not very busy). The table we sat at was surroundedby dirty tables piled up with former customers? leftovers. None of the tables had been wiped down since the last customers satthere. The booth we almost sat at had crumbs all over it and the table we ended up sitting at was definitely not wiped off butwasn?t quite as bad as the others. I couldn?t sit my Louis Vuitton in the chair next to me because it had sticky gunk all overit. My chicken sandwich came to me with a grease soaked receipt underneath it. There was a dripping hose underneath the fountaindrink area. No napkins out for customers. My husband walked up front and asked for napkins? the employee handed him a couplenapkins? my hubby said ?thank you? twice, the employee said nothing and turned to walk away. As he was walking away, my hubbythen said ?that?s usually when somebody says You?re Welcome?. Still NOTHING. We absolutely won?t be back. The food was fine, butin our opinion, cleanliness of the restaurant and professionalism by employees is just as important- if not more so. Concerningthe employees being required to act in a professional manner and keep the restaurant clean (ESPECIALLY in the time of Covid 19),this was a joke. Read more
