I ordered an ice water with cranberry and limes on the app. The stall I was it received reflected the carhop was on their way. I... didn?t receive my water until about 20 minutes later. I believe they had a complaint and were probably short staffed but sincethe signage said it was headed to my car, I put that I was ?on my way? in another app for a pick up I had to do. If you look at all of my reviews they are always so positive. I find great in every place I go and am always thankful. But... Sonic employees have robbed me twice. One I can prove after the bank had to give me a new debit card when the employee took itand bought themselves a meal at a restaurant a couple of years ago. And the other was today at when I was shorted $10 and Idoubt it was an accident. I usually pay attention to my stuff and don't have issues but if you decide to have a Sonic burgerwhich are really good, be sure to watch your wallet. Really hate writing this. Read more
Pretty nice Sonic. Good location but a little hard to get in and out at high traffic time, but that is Tulsa's fault, not Sonic.... Descent response and food delivery with nice car hop. Read more
Usually its good. One of the times they had really weak straws. They would just collapse anytime I tried to drink my shake. ... But the next time I went they had sturdy straws again. Read more
Was very impressed by the staff. They were running short staffed but very cool under pressure. The very pleasant lady who took... the order informed us that they were running short but staying on top of things. And it made the environment seem much morepatient and calm. Food will be here any minute and I know it will be delicious, because it's Sonic?????? Read more
We ordered 2 jr. frito chili cheese wraps, 2 chili cheese hotdogs, 1 breakfast toaster, 1 chili cheese tater tot, 1 corndog... wacky pack. This order was $22.24 The only thing fit to eat were the 2 hotdogs. The wraps and tots were old and cold. Thecorndog was rubbery. The apple juice box came with no straw. Great summer-ish day to drop by Sonic. We parked and grabbed a bite to eat one the patio. Service was quick and accurate even... though we ordered burgers in the morning. Morning drink discounts are awesome. Staff was super polite and after we were there acouple hours ended coming back by to offer water for our pups! If we lived closer we'd visit more often. Thanks!
