In the last few months I'm not a difference and it's not for the better! Id come here quite often now apparently I'm going to... have to find a different one to go to! Can't get an order right! When someone says easy on jalapenos that doesn't mean throw awhole handful of them on the food! After counting there were over 25 jalapenos! Last time I checked a he would be consideredmaybe three four tops if that! Or when specifically requested a no meat breakfast burrito then you get it and it's loaded withbacon! The drink orders are never right anymore and it's very disappointing! And it doesn't do any good to call the customerservice line. I've done that and the last time I did someone was supposed to give me a call back from the store and I neverreceived that call either! To escalate it is to waste of your time! Terrible food, whoever was making the food took a fork and stabbed my chili cheese coney up like a mad man and thought I... wouldn't notice.. I don't know if they were angry or not but they shouldnt take it out on the customers food, I hope that thereare some consequences for things like this in the kitchen, are there cameras? Does the GM ever check them? Hm, probably not,poor management equals a poorly ran business. I'll be calling the health department first thing in the morning simply becauseyou don't tamper with peoples food. To keep things civil in my life I?ll keep my complaints on this sonic (an extreme amount) to one a single but a recurring one.... I?ve lived next to this sonic for over 15 years of my life. And I loved it. I went once a week at least. Then after a managerchange quality went down. Drinks take way to long to come out. I?ve waited over 30 minutes for a drink, and even after theycleared the lot I had to call back in because they cleared my order and threw my drinks away. Don?t go here. Go to a differentsonic. Sonic Happy Hour is a local favorite. This Sonic is a good one. Consistent. Tasty. Sonic is all about the Specials, ap deals,... and I'm a sucker for all of them! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All under the same roof. Read more
Could use a good make over ... This sonic is centrally located from most of the jobs I've worked at over decades. The staff has... always been great and very accomodating for ordering large orders in advance. Read more
